I woke up in a large bed, in a room I've never seen before. The room were cozy and relaxing and it has a portrait of...Garrett in it. That's reminded me, my memories came back. I remembered everything, including the explosions through Bryan's trick. Although I am still a little confused on why Bryan kidnapped me.

I stared me at the ground, thinking one of the servant are coming in any second. I can feel something wrap around my forehead. A silk, I can feel the bruise at the back of my head. I took the silk off and reveal no damage. It was a pebble that hit the back of my head. Luckily, my hair is thick so that left no mark.

I closed my eyes and imagine what it would be if Garrett come in and see me like this. The castle is quite serene. A invisible pain suddenly stabbed my chest when I remember being at the garden with Garrett before passing out.

"Anamaria," he said quietly. "Do you really wanted to go?" I nodded. "Garrett please let me."

He close his eyes and nodded to himself, "alright. I'll contact Drysdale and I'll tell them that you're here. I'll let you go tomorrow morning when I drop you off at Drysdale."

He turned away from me trying to think. I watched him as he cautiously  take each step.

"What don't you like about me?"

"I'm sorry. That night, I shouldn't have said that to you in the first place. I shouldn't have left you. When the town exploded, I was looking all over for you! The next thing I knew was that Bryan has you.

"I been making a deal with him to let you go but he refused. Anamaria, I love you."

I shook my head, forcing the memories to leave my head.

"You need to leave right now and stay away from me," he said in a rude tone turning his face away from me, you wouldn't be safe with me."

"But-"

"Stay away from me!" He yelled.

He pick up my cloak and threw it at me, "leave."

Tears rolled from my eyes to cheek. I closed my eyes shut forcing my memories to leave. It wouldn't leave. It kept going.

"It's going to be okay." I whispered softly into her ears to calm her down. I stroke her ear as she slight calm herself.

I quickly hide behind the tree when I heard voices coming from distance.

"Do you want to kill him?" The voice was coming closer. I gave a signal to lighting telling her to hide but she didn't. She look at me and look back at the person who was getting closer to us. "Lighting! Come!" I half yelled, half whispered.

"There's a horse," a voice made me froze. The men footstep was coming toward Lighting. I gave a signal for Lighting to ran but she didn't.

"She's beautiful," the other voice said.
I swear I heard that voice before.

Lighting look over at me. Although, I can't see the men but I can see his hand patting Lighting. Lighting look at my direction and neigh.

"Someone's behind the tree!" A voice said, I froze in still. This is my last day of living. The men started coming closer and I turn to run off but tripped on a stone. Surprisingly, an muscular arms caught me. I looked up to see the face of....Prince Garrett.
