As the glow from the cool white moon beams filtered through the canopy, the woods surrounding Haven exuded an ethereal serenity. Detective Black and Boden Mack continued their search for the elusive missing rucksack, each step forging a path through the dappled shadows that danced upon the forest floor.

Boden, engrossed in the search, maneuvered through the underbrush when suddenly, his foot caught on an outstretched root, causing him to stumble. As he regained his balance, his gaze fell upon a peculiar sight-an ancient, hollowed-out tree trunk, concealed amidst the foliage.

Curiosity piqued, he approached the trunk, its gnarled surface weathered by years of standing sentinel in the woods. As he neared, the faint outline of footprints near the base caught his eye. Leaning closer, he noticed a faint glimmer-something tucked within the hollowed recesses of the tree.

With cautious curiosity, Boden peered into the hollow trunk, his eyes widening in recognition. There it lay-the missing rucksack, nestled within the shadows, seemingly concealed from prying eyes.

Realising the significance of the discovery, Boden swiftly reached for his walkie-talkie. "Detective Black, come in," he called urgently, his voice tinged with excitement and anticipation.

A moment later, Detective Black's voice crackled through the device. "I'm here, Boden. What have you found?" she inquired, a sense of urgency in her tone.

"I've stumbled upon the hollow trunk near the coordinates we discussed," Boden explained, his voice tinged with excitement. "I believe I've located the missing rucksack. Please come and inspect it."

With a surge of anticipation, Detective Black acknowledged the call, swiftly making her way through the woods toward Boden's location. The discovery of the rucksack held the promise of unraveling the mysteries that had eluded them for days-the final piece to solve the enigmatic puzzle that had gripped the Carnival of Curiosity and the town of Haven.

As Detective Black hurried through the woods, guided by Boden's directions, she soon arrived at the hollow trunk where he stood, his eyes fixed on the concealed treasure within.

"Boden, excellent work," Detective Black praised, her voice laced with admiration. "This is an incredible find."

Boden nodded, stepping back to allow her closer to the hollow trunk. Carefully, Detective Black reached inside and extracted the rucksack, a rush of recognition washing over her as she observed the intricate details adorning it-a stitched FB insignia and the German Flag on its handle, unmistakably Felix's belongings.

With deliberate care, she unzipped the rucksack, her eyes falling upon its contents. Amidst the personal effects lay the hidden contracts, meticulously placed inside only hours earlier.

Unaware that these contracts had been planted by another, Detective Black's instincts were ignited. Recognising the significance of the hidden documents, she made a swift decision. "We need to take this back to be analysed," she declared, her voice tinged with urgency.

Resolute in her decision, Detective Black securely sealed the rucksack, ensuring the concealed contracts remained undisturbed. With a sense of determination she continued. "Boden, we need to take this back," she stated firmly, a resolute tone underlining her words. "I'll have Miss Harper examine it at the forensic department. We need to confirm the authenticity of these contracts."

Once there, the rucksack would undergo meticulous analysis by Miss Charley Harper-the forensic analyst whose keen eye and expertise had proven invaluable in deciphering the truths hidden within the evidence. It was a crucial step toward unraveling Mr Bauer's involvement and why these contracts were in his possession.
