Chapter 32: Part 1

Hey guys I normally don't do authors notes in the beginning, but since they're in France I went there, I decided to share some pictures I mention in the story. But for some reason it only let me do one, so I picked the Eiffel Tower at night. Plus, that was the only really good picture I have of it at night so please ignore me and my friend. It was 11 at night and I was running on like 3-4 hours of sleep. XD. I'll share another picture in the next update. And yes it is another 2 parter but you'll love it trust me. Kay thanks!

Chapter 32 Part 1:

-Alexis' POV-

After 8 hours on a plane and the twins not sleeping at all; we finally land in France. "It's so pretty." I say as we leave the airport. I've only been to France once and that was when Luke was on tour. We weren't here for that long though. We were here for one day only. Plus I also was pregnant with the twins at that time. God that feels like forever. I can't believe the twins will be turning 4 in s matter of months. "Isn't it?" He says as we get into the rental car. I put the twins in the back with Phoenixx and I sit in the front with Luke. He then starts to drive to the hotel. We drive pass The Louvre, Arc De Triomphe, and the Eiffel Tower. When I see the Eiffel Tower my eyes light up. I love the Eiffel Tower and I've always wanted to go to the Eiffel Tower. I really wish we could've gone when we were here the first time but we couldn't. "Look Luke the Eiffel Tower!" I scream pointing out the window. "I see that Alexis." "I want to go there and go to the top." I say trying to give him a hint. He really never told me what we are gonna be doing while we are here. He just really told me that we were going to France. I don't even know if were just gonna be in Paris or other places in France. I hope we go to Tours after Paris. My family is from Tours. My grandpa and grandma actually met each other here and moved to America when my mom was 16. You would think my mom would take me to France since that's our heritage. But she never did. She told me she couldn't afford it which I understood. So instead my grandparents taught me French. Every time I would see them, I'd spoke French to them. I want to teach LJ and Zoe French since they're half French, but Luke doesn't want me too. "Well you're in luck we are." He says and my eyes light up. "Really? When?" "Tonight." He says smiling. "REALLY?!" "Yep." "It's suppose to be really pretty at night." Phoenixx says smiling. "Yeah, my mom told me that." I say quietly. I wish my mom wasn't being a bitch to me right now. If she wasn't being a bitch I could show her all the pictures I'm about to take on this trip. But of course she's being selfish once again. "Wasn't she born here?" "Yeah. Then her parents and her moved to America when she was 16." "Good thing they moved or I would've never met you." Luke says and I can't help but smile. "I love you." I say as I give him a kiss on the cheek. "I love you too." He says as we get to the hotel. I grab the twins and Luke and Phoenixx grabs our stuff. We walk in and Luke goes to the front desk to get our hotel keys. Watching him trying to speak French is hilarious. "I don't understand why you didn't ask me to get the keys. I speak fluent French." I say as Luke hands me our keys. "Oh well." He says as we start to walk to our rooms. Since in Paris there's only single or double rooms, me, Luke, and the twins will be sharing a room while Phoenixx has one to herself. "Where are the twins gonna sleep?" I say as we walk into the room. "With us." "Okay. Are we doing any touring tonight?" I say as I sit down on the bed. "It's already 4 and we're going to the Eiffel Tower at 9 so no." "Alright." "I'll be right back." Luke says as he leaves the hotel room. I pick up the twins and start to play with them.

///Phoenixx's POV///

I begin to unpack my toiletries
when there's a knock on the door. I put my shampoo down and open the door. When I do, it's Luke. "Hey Phoenixx." He says as he walks. "Hey what's up?" "I want to show you the ring I got Alexis." He says smiling. The point of this whole trip is for him to propose to Alexis. He's doing it at the very top of the Eiffel Tower since she's obsessed with it. He also thought it would be nice to propose in the country where her family from. He wanted me to come to help. I have no idea what the plan is yet to be honest. "Ohh! Let me see!" I say squealing a little. I'm very happy that he's finally proposing. They've been together for four years and have two beautiful children. "I hope she likes it." Luke says as he takes out a little black box. He then opens it to show me. It's a 14 karat princess style infinity twist micropavé diamond ring that kinda sparkles. It is the most beautiful thing ever. It's even bigger than the one that Connor got me. "Luke, it's beautiful. She's going to love it. It's even bigger than mine." "I hope she does. I spent hours trying to the perfect ring." "She's going to love it Luke, trust me." I say smiling and he runs his hand through his hair. "I'm nervous Phoenixx. What if she says no?" "Luke, don't worry she's going to say yes. She loves you!" "I hope to god she says yes. I love her so much." "She will Luke." I say and he smiles. He puts the ring away and he's about to leave but I stop him. "Wait Luke." "What?" "You never told me how you're gonna ask her." "Oh, me and her will go up to the very top first, while you and the twins stay on the second level. Wait about 5-10 minutes to come up. The twins will hold a poster that says 'will you marry daddy?' Then I'll get down on one knee and ask her again but in French." "That's so cute Luke. But how are you gonna get the poster there without Lex seeing it?" "I'll fold it and you'll keep it in your bag." "Okay. She's gonna say yes Luke." I say smiling. "Thank you for coming to help." "No problem. She's my best friend." I say and Luke then leaves my room. About 5 minutes after Luke leaves, there's another knock on the door. I get up from the bed and walk over. "Why was Luke in here?" Alexis says as she walks into he room. "To tell me when we're going to the Eiffel Tower. " I say lying. "You're lying." She says as she walks closer to me. Fuck. I was probably smiling. "I'm telling the truth Lex." "No you're not. You smile when you lie." "I'm telling the truth!" "Phoenixx why was he here?!" "I'm not saying. It's a surprise." "UGH!" She screams as runs out of the room. I can't help but laugh.

///Alexis' POV///

-few hours later-

"Luke will you dress the twins while I get dress?" I say walking out off the bathroom in my robe. We're getting ready to go to the Eiffel Tower. Luke told me that I had to dress nicely and I don't know why. "Yeah. Do you have outfits picked out?" "Yeah on the bed." I say as I grab black high waisted shorts and deep dark purple crop. It's nothing fancy but it is still something nice. I go into the bathroom and change. Once I'm dressed, I dress my hair and start to do a French braid crown with lose curls hanging down my face. I then walk out the bathroom. "You gotta do Zoe's hair." Luke says as he hands me a comb. "You couldn't do it?" I say as I sit down and put her on my lap. Luke then looks at me. "You honestly think I could do her hair?" "I taught you how to do a French braid, regular braid, pony tail, and a bun." "You act like I remember how." He says and I roll my eyes. I then quickly French braid Zoe's hair. "Okay. Her hairs done." "Ready to go?" "What about Phoenixx?" "She's meeting us in the lobby." He says as he grabs Zoe. I grab LJ and we head to the lobby. When get to the lobby Phoenixx is waiting for us. "Ready?" "Yep." Phoenixx says as we start to head out to the hotel. "We're gonna walk to the metro." Luke says and my heart stops for a moment. My mom told me that the metro in Paris is dangerous and scary. I don't want my kids to get hurt. "But the kids." "We'll hold them, okay? It'll be fine." "I don't know Luke.." I say quietly and Luke looks at me. "It's the only way to get to the Eiffel Tower. It'll be fine. Trust me." "Okay fine." I say smiling and he kisses me on the cheek. We then start to walk to the metro. Once we're there, Luke gets us the tickets. "Okay, you two. This place is very dangerous. You still close to mommy and daddy okay?" "Okay mommy!" The both scream. Luke then comes back and hands us our tickets. We go through the ticket thing (idk I can't think of what they're called its 2 am give me a break) and then get on the metro. LJ and Zoe stay extremely close to me and Luke. I think they were terrified of the people on this. And I don't blame them. There's this man standing behind us and he looks sketchy as hell. His eyes are all blood shot red staring at us. (True story man.) "This is our stop." "Thank god." I say as we get off the metro. We walk out of the station and when we do, we can see the Eiffel Tower perfectly. It's so freakin pretty. It's all light up and it's even sparkling. "Mommy! Shinny!!" LJ screams as he points to the Eiffel Tower. "Yes LJ, shinny." I say laughing. "Daddy that looks scawy." Zoe says as she clinches onto Luke's leg. "Zozobear, it's not scary. Trust me." "No daddy! It scawy!!" "Luke, let's just not go to the top." I say sounding a little disappointed. I really want to go to the top but Zoe's scared. "I'll watch them." "No Phoenixx, it's okay." "Don't you want to go to the top?" Luke says and I slowly nod my head. I really want to go to the top but I wanted the twins with us. "Yes but I wanted the t-." I begin to say but LJ cuts me off. "Go with daddy!! He suprise!!" LJ screams and I look at him. "What LJ?" "It's nothing. Just go up to the top with him." Phoenixx says and I sigh. "Okay fine." I say and Luke smiles. He hands me my ticket and we wait in line to go to the top.
