Chapter 24

Chapter 24:

-Phoenixx's POV-

"MOMMY LETS GO!!!!!" Zada screams at the top of her lungs. I'm getting ready to take her to the park with Luke and the twins. Zada has been giving me so many problems. She's been screaming at me all day to hurry up. It's like she wants to control me. This isn't the first time she's been giving me and Connor problems. She always tries to control us but yesterday and today is the worst. When I tried braiding her hair this morning, she would kept moving around. "We will leave soon, I promise." "NO NOW!!!!" She screams as she grabs a pillow and throws it at me. I put the pillow back and look at Zada who's laughing. "That's not funny Zada, you don't throw things at mommy." I say in a stern voice. She then runs over to the coffee table and grabs Connors coffee cup. "Zada put it down." I say as I walk towards her. She giggles and then throws it on the floor. "ZADA BAYLEE MARIE FRANTA!" I scream really loud and she starts laughing. She then starts to run but I grab her before she can get far. "PUT ME DOWN MOMMY!!!!!" She screams as she starts kicking and hitting me. "No Zada you don't throw things." I say as I walk upstairs to her room. I put her in the time out chair me and Connor put in her room. She stands up and goes to run but I grab her again. "You're gonna sit in this chair for 5 minutes. You don't throw things at me or break things." "PARK MOMMY!!!!" She screams at the top of her lungs. "We'll go to the park later. "NOW MOMMY!!" "We're not gonna go to the park if you don't stay here." "NO!!!" She screams really loud. I ignore her and set an alarm on my phone for 5 minutes. I then leave her room and lock her door from the outside. I then walk over to me and Connors room. "I thought you were going to the park?" Connor says as I walk over to the bed. "I was until she threw a pillow at me and then broke your coffee mug." "Which mug was it?" He says as he closes his laptop. I sit down next to him and look at him funny. "Does it really matter?" "Yes, yes it does." "Your worlds greatest dad one." I say and all of a sudden I hearing banging. "Do you hear that?" Connor says and I nod my head. "It's Zada pounding on her door." "You know, maybe you shouldn't take her to the park." "I don't think I am." I say as I grab my phone from my pocket. "Who are you calling?" "Luke, he was gonna go to the park with the twins. I'll just have him bring them here." I say as I stand up from our bed and walk to Zada's room. Before I go and tell Zada I call Luke.

"Hello?"

"Change of plans. Come to my house instead of the park."

"Okay, may I ask why?"

"Zada throw a pillow out me, then he broke Connors mug, and now she won't stop pounding on her door and screaming."

"Well damn. I'll be over in 15 minutes."

"Alright."

I don't even let him say anything I just hang up. I put my phone in my back pocket and open Zada's door. "PARK NOW!!!!" She screams at the top of her lungs as she starts to run but I grab her. "MOMMY LET ME DOWN!" She screams and kicks as I walk over to her bed. I put her down on her bed and look at her. "Alright Zada, your behavior is unacceptable. Because of your actions we're not going today." "NOOO!!!!" "But uncle LL and the twins are coming over." I say and her eyes widen. "YAY!!!!" "Before they come I want you to apologize to daddy for breaking his mug." "Okay mommy." She says as she lifts her arms. "You want me to carry you?" I say and she nods her head. I pick her up and walk to my room. "Zada wants to say something." I say as I put her down on the bed. She crawls over to Connor and hugs him. "I'm sorry daddy." "It's okay jellybean." "I better go clean up the broken glass." I say as I leave the room. I go downstairs and grab the trash can. I pick up all big pieces and throw them away. I then grab a broom and sweep up the rest of the pieces. "Is it safe for Zada to come down?" I hear Connor scream from the top of the steps. "Yeah!" I scream back and Connor comes downstairs holding Zada. "I'm going to film a video with your brother." He says as he puts her down. "Alright, I love you." "I love you too." He says as he kisses me on the lips. Once he leaves the doorbell rings. As soon as I open the door, both Zoe and LJ run over to Zada. "They both got an extra hour in nap time today so they're a little hyper." Luke says as he walks inside. "I can see that." I say as I walk over to the couch. As I'm walking I trip over my feet and fall flat on my face. I stand up and look over at Luke. He's trying to hold in his laughter but he can't and he starts laughing. "Clumsy now are we?" "Shut it..." I say as I sit down on the couch. "I'll be right back.." Luke says and I look at him. "Luke..." "What?" "Are you going to do what I think you're going to do?" I say and he just stares at me. He then sighs really loud and walks outside. A few seconds later Zoe comes running to me. "Whewe my daddy?" "He's outside." "I go!" She screams as she runs to the door. I stand up from the couch and walk over to the door. I open the door for her and she runs towards Luke. I close the door and then look at out the window. Luke grabs a cigarette and goes to light it but Zoe runs over to him. She starts pull on his pant leg and he looks down. She then puts her arms up indicating that she wants him to hold her. Luke looks at her and then his cigarette. He puts the cigarette away and picks up Zoe. He then walks back inside. "I'm gonna try and quit again." He says as he walks over to the couch and sits down. He then puts Zoe on lap. "Give me your pack." "What why." "Luke." I say as I hold out my hand. He hands me the pack and I stand up. I walk over to the trash can and throw them away. "PHOENIXX." "You said you were gonna quit." "You didn't have to throw my pack away." "It's for your own good." "Ugh!" "And if you buy more I'll tell Alexis you started again." "Are you black mailing me?" "Mmmhhhm." I say as I cross my arms. "I don't know if I'll be able to do this. I've tried 3 times already." "Every time you get the urge to smoke flick yourself with a rubber band." "Like that's gonna work." "I could tell Michael and then to spray water on you every time you pick up a cigarette." "Rubber band it is!" "Thought so." I say and Zada runs up to me. "Mommy play with us!!!" She screams as she grabs my wrist. I stand up and walk over to where her and LJ are playing. I sit down and start to play with them.

Yeah the ending sucks because I'm half asleep right now.😂
