Chapter 12:

///Phoenixx's POV///

"Will you please stop worrying about Zada. She's fine." Connor says as he crawls into bed next me. We got home from the award show about an hour ago. I really wish Zada was with us. I've never left her with anybody besides Jc. I trust Alexis but I just wish she was with us. "Connor we've never left her with anybody besides Jc." "Phoenixx, Alexis is your best friend. She's not gonna hurt her." "I know but she needs somebody right next her when she's sleeping." "Michael is gonna be right next to her." "But what if s-." "Phoenixx she's fine." "I'm gonna call Michael and talk to her." I say as I sit up straight. I reach for my phone but Connor stops me. "Honey, Zada is fine. You'll see her tomorrow." "Ugh." I say as I lay back down. "You need to relax okay honey?" "Fine." "Thank you." He says as he kisses me on the lips. "You're welcome." "Try and get some sleep." "I will." I say as I close my eyes and fall asleep.

///next morning///

"CONNOR WAKE UP SO WE CAN PICK UP ZADA!!!!" I scream as I shake him awake. It's 11:40 and I've been up since 10:30, but Connor is still sleeping. I just really wanna see Zada. "5 more minutes." "NO WAKE UP!" I scream as I pull off the blankets from him. "Dear lord Phoenixx." He says as he sits up straight. "Get dressed damn it!!!!" "I love you Phoenixx but calm down." "I just wanna see my daughter." "So do I but she's not going anywhere." "Get dress damn it." I say as I pull him out of bed. He walks out of me room and then comes back in my room dressed. "Happy?!?!?!?" "LETS GO!!!!" I scream as I grab his arm and drag him downstairs. We go into the car and he drives. "Drive faster damn it!" "Phoenixx I'm going the speed limit." "Ugh." I say as I cross my arms. We then finally get to Alexis' I run to the door and knock. Alexis opens the door and Zada's right next her. "MOMMY!!!!!!!!!!!" She screams as she runs towards me. I bend down and pick her up. I hug her tightly and kiss her on the cheek. "Was she good for you guys?" "Yes." "Did you have fun?" "PROMO." She screams as she starts giggle. I looks at Alexis and she starts to laugh. "Do I even want to know." "I left her with Luke for 2 minutes and when I came back downstairs she was in a 5sos T-Shirt and he posted on twitter saying getting that promo from my 1 year old niece. Them he screamed promo as she ran to me." "Well then, did she sleep okay?" "Michael said she fell asleep right away." She says as she hands me Zada's bag. "Thank you for watching her." "No problem. If Jc can't watch her I'll watch her." "Thank you so much." "No problem." "Well I have to go, my parents flight came in early this morning so I'm gonna go see them." "Tell your dad I said hi!" Alexis screams as I walk back to the car. I put Zada in her car seat. "DADDY!" "Did you have fun jellybean?" "YEAH YEAH!" "Now we have somebody to watch her when Jc can't." "I still trust Jc more." "Well that's because he's your older brother." Connor says as he pulls into the hotel parking lot. He parks the car and we get out. I grab Zada from her car seat and we walk inside. "What room are they staying in?" "234." I say as I push up for the elevator. "Mommy?" "Yeah honey?" "Where going?" "We're gonna go see grandma and grandpa." I say as we walk into the elevator. "YAY!" She screams really loud. We get to the second floor and get to my parents room. "Do you wanna knock jellybean?" Connor says and Zada starts to pound on the door. "Okay honey that's enough." I say and she stops. My mom then opens the door. "Is that my beautiful granddaughter?" "YEAH YEAH." Zada screams as she throws her arms in the air. My mom grabs her from my arms and hug her tightly. "Did you find anybody to watch her yesterday?" She says as we walk inside the room. "Yeah Alexis watched her for me." "Me and your dad would of watched her but our flight got delayed." "Mom it's fine. Alexis watched her and she stayed the night." "Are you sure?" She says as she sits down on the floor. She then puts Zada on her lap. "Yes. Where's dad?" "Yeah where is he. I have to talk him." Connor says and I look at him funny. "Why do you need to talk to my dad?" "That's a surprise." "Tell me!" "Nope." "Is it the thing you asked me about?" "Yup." "He's grabbing the rest of our stuff. He should be up here soon." My mom says and like it was planned my dad comes in. "Hi daddy!!!!" I scream as I stand up and run over to him. "You're 17 and have a kid and you still get excited when you see me. I love it." My dad says as he hugs me. "Can I talk you in private Mr. Caylen?" Connor says as he stands up. "Yeah sure. Let's talk in the hall." My dad says as he opens the door. Him and Connor then walk out of the room. I stand up from the floor and run over to the door. "Phoenixx honey what are you doing?" "Trying to hear the conversation!" "PHOENIXX STEP AWAY FROM THE DOOR!" Connor screams from the hallway. "UGH!!!!" I scream as I walk back to Zada. "You've always been like this." "What?" "Noisy. You always wanted to know what was going on." "I want to know!!" "Don't you wanna be surprised?" "NO!" "Dear god Phoenixx. Trust me you want to wait." "Wait if you know you should tell me." "Nope." My mom says and I roll my eyes. I grab Zada and hug her. My dad and Connor then walk back in. "Can I know now?" "No." My mom, dad, and Connor say at the same time. "I know?!" Zada screams and Connor laughs. "I'll tell you later honey." Connor says to Zada. "She gets to know!" "You'll find out soon. I promise." "I better god damn it." I mumble to myself. "Trust me honey, when you find out you'll be glad you waited." My dad says as he walks over to the couch.

🙈 OOOHHH. So I know I normally go back and forth from Alexis and Phoenixx but next chapter is gonna be Connors POV. Hint hint. 🙊
