From what she knew, Jennie's relationship with her family members was extremely poor. Mother Kim was always upset with Jennie for having the worst grades in her class. She would never buy her something so expensive.
Jennie was too lazy to lie to them. "Lisa bought them for me."
Sana looked fascinated. "Lisa bought it for you? That can't be. He is Krystal's fiancée. You are his future sister-in-law. It doesn't seem suitable for him to buy you clothes."
"He is my..." Jennie had only said three words when Krystal cut her off. "There's nothing unsuitable about it. I was the one who asked Lisa to buy some clothes for Jennie!"
She shot a look at Jennie. She was clearly asking Jennie not to tear down her stage.
Jennie touched her chin. Since her second sister was so shameless, she would allow her to continue having fun. This way, the consequences would only become bigger!
"Is Miss Kim at home?" At this moment, a man in his thirties stepped in. He had a square-jawline and was dressed in a black suit with a matching tie. His face was expressionless and he seemed to be a deadpan type of man.
When Krystal saw him, she immediately rushed over. "Butler Zhao, it's been a long time!"
Sana and Yerin also followed behind her. They asked her curiously. "Who is he?"
"Good day. I am Young Master Lisa's butler, Zhao Cheng. I take care of the Yu Ting Villa." Zhao Cheng introduced himself with the same flat expression.
"So you're the Yu Ting Villa's butler!" Sana lifted her hand up to shake his hand. "Hello, I'm honoured to meet you. I'm Krystal's classmate, Sana."
Zhao Cheng had no intention of shaking her hand. Sana could only awkwardly retract her hand. Krystal gave her a look as though she was being shameless.
"Butler Zhao, why didn't I see you the last time I visited the Yu Ting Villa?" Krystal appeared to be very familiar with Zhao Cheng. This caused Sana and Yerin to feel envious.
"I was arranged by the Young Master to work in the Manoban family's mansion for a while." Zhao Cheng responded politely to Krystal's question. After a moment, he said, "Young Master bought a lot of clothes and shoes for Miss Kim. Where is Miss Kim's room? I'll arrange for the things to be moved in."
He gestured toward the side and several men brought what seemed like an endless stream of boxes from a truck parked outside, into the house.
Sana counted them. "There are ten large boxes. krystal, Lisa sure dotes on you!"
Before Krystal could put on a pleased expression, Zhao Cheng had already responded to Sana coldly. "My Young Master, Lisa, bought these clothes for the Third Kim Lady."
"Third Kim Lady... Isn't that Jennie?" Sana was confused. "Butler Zhao, did you make a mistake?"
Zhao Cheng responded with certainty. "There are no mistakes. These clothes were bought for Miss Jennie."
"Are they cheap?" Sana felt that perhaps, Lisa had found some economical goods to show some kindness to this fat woman.
"Around twenty to thirty million dollars or so."
"So expensive!" Sana was dumbstruck.
Yerin also exclaimed. "My god! Krystal, Lisa actually bought so much clothes for your third sister. And such expensive ones. Could it be that they..."
Krystal immediately covered Yerin's mouth in embarrassment. "Don't speak nonsense in front of Butler Zhao."
If Zhao Cheng responded to them and revealed that Jennie was actually Lisa's fiancée, everything would be over!
She grabbed their hands and forcefully tugged them in the direction of her own room. "Come on, I'll show the two of you something good..."
No matter how unwilling the two girls were, they were still dragged away.
Back in the yard, Jennie furrowed her brows in response to Zhao Cheng's words. "Lisa really spent too much."
