Chapter 14

A couple days later
Y/ns POV

This vacation flew by but I had the best time ever. I spent a bunch of time with my friends and of course Olivia. It definitely was what I wanted to do for her and I hope she enjoyed it.

We just finished packing our bags and I lay face down on our bed. I hear Olivia giggle and she comes to the bed and sits down next to me.

"I'm gonna miss this place," Olivia says and I raise my head and prop it up on the palms of my hands.

"I know, it's so pretty here," I sigh and Olivia turns and lays down the same way as I do.

"Plenty of memories I won't forget are here," Olivia whispers.

I think back to the night where Liv and I kissed. Conan had given Liv the dare to kiss someone in the hot tub and she chose me. I smile at the memory.

"Definitely won't forget some," I say and Olivia smiles.

Conan and Iris walk in the room since the door was open. "Ready?" Conan asks. I nod then look at Liv. She nods to and we both get up and grab our bags.

We walk down stairs and I look at the time. It reads 5:39 pm. I sigh knowing we'll probably leave in 20 minutes. That means we won't be home until late with stops.

"We won't be home till around 10 Liv. Wanna stay over?" I ask.

"Yeah, I just text my parents. Im sure they won't mind," she answers.

15 minutes later, Conan is finally ready to leave. He had to quadruple check the rooms to see if we left anything. I fill 2 water bottle for Liv and I and then meet the others outside.

I see Olivia passing Conan our suitcases and he lifts them into the back of his car.

Olivia smiles at me as I walk down the steps after locking the door. I smile back and hand Conan the keys. "Here," I say and Conan takes the keys.

I see Iris already in the car blasting the ac. I chuckle and follow Liv into the back of the car. We sit in the same seats we did coming here.

"Ready girls?" Conan calls back to us.

"Ready!" Liv calls back and I smile. 

Conan starts driving and I sigh. I look out the window and see the sky getting darker with clouds. Great, a storm will just add extra time to our drive.

I turn to Olivia and see she's looking out her window with a frown. I look forward to see Iris asleep again and Conan tapping the wheel to the beat of the music as he drives.

I rest arm on the side of the car and place my head on my hand. Out of the corner of my eye, I see Olivia yawn and rub her eyes. "Sleepy?" I ask quietly.

Olivia turns her head to me and nods. I smile and unbuckle my seatbelt knowing Conan will be careful. I see Olivia do the same and I turn so my body so my legs are on the seats. I spread my legs a little and Olivia crawls between them and half lays on me.

She lays her side against my front, her head on my shoulder. I smile as I see her close her eyes. I start to toss my fingers through her dark hair and I see a small smile appear on her face.

I play with my hair and eventually her breathing becomes slower and more consistent signaling she's asleep. I close my eyes rest my head gently against hers and find myself slowly falling asleep.

A couple hours later

Finally around midnight we arrive back home. I still lay in the same position with Liv but she's still asleep and I'm awake. I continue to run my finger through her hair as Conan pulls up my driveway. I look down and see that she's passed out for the night.

Conan and Iris get out of the car and I slowly slide Liv out off me thankfully not waking her up. I step out of the car and help Conan get our bags out.

"Conan and I will take the bags in if you wanna wake Olivia," Iris says and I turn back and see she's still asleep.

"I'm gonna try and carry her in, she's tired and out for the night," I smile.

"Alright meet you inside," Conan says and they both walk to my house.

I carefully get in the car and slide my arms under Olivia's thigh and neck pulling her up. She shuffles around and wakes up with a slight groan.

"You're okay, it's just me," I say and she fully opens her eyes and sees me. She cuddles back into me and wraps her arms around my neck.

I carefully get out of the car with Liv in my arms, she's back asleep. I walk into the house and gently place her in my bed. "I'll be right in," I whisper her ear.

I walk out of my room to see Conan and Siri's smiling. I smile to and walk up to them.

"Thank you for coming," I say hugging Conan and then Iris.

"Of course. Thank you for having us," Iris says as I hug her.

We say goodbye and I sigh once they left. I walk to the kitchen and grab two water bottles for Liv and I just in case. I then head back to my room but in the way I stop in Nash's room. I see him asleep on his bed so I smile and shut his door completely.

I walk into my room again and see Olivia sitting up rubbing her eyes. "Hey Liv," I smile.

"Hi, thank you for carrying me in," she says shyly.

"Yeah. You were tired and I wanted to let you sleep. "

"Thank you. Can you toss me one of your shirts?" She asks and I nod heading to my closet. I grab and oversized t-shirt and throw it to Olivia. She takes off her top and pants then slides the t-shirt on. I do the same as her but I take my bra off. I look over and see Liv doing the same thing. I put our clothes in a pile then turn my fan on.

I walk over to the bed and sit next to Olivia. I hand her a water and she takes a small sip out of it. She hands it back to me and I place it on the bedside table. I turn the lamp off and lay down with Liv.

She smiles and opens her arms. I crawl into them and cuddle into her with a smile.

"Thank you for my birthday," she says gratefully.

"Yeah of course. You deserve it livie," I say and place my head in her neck and my hand on her stomach

We both close our eyes and after I know Olivia's asleep I fall asleep
