Una, malaya kaming makakapag-enjoy without worrying school requirements. Second, we regarded it as a "rainbow after the storm" because it marked the end of hell week. Finally, nagpapaalala ang event na ito na we were not just simply student here, kundi we were also talented and leaders that were ready to promote lasting friendships and memorable experience sa lahat ng involved ng program.
To others it might be boring, but for me it was interesting and fun. Bagama't nanonood ako ng sports games, I didn't really give interest to the players. I was a player before kaya siguro hindi ako masyadong gano'n ka-obsess sa mga manlalaro.
I found out that their booth has a variety of games. There were two people playing since dalawang circuit ang nakadisplay sa tapat.
This looked fun.
I stayed in the front while watching the students play. Kahit na nanonood lang ako, nakakaramdam ako ng kaba at excitement every time the players attempt to guide the loop along the curved wire.
"Who's next—"
"Me! Me!"
A feminine voice shouted from the crowd. I couldn't see her yet kasi nasa hulihan siya and there were many people behind me.
"Please allow me to play!"
Her hair was blonde na medyo wavy at hanggang siko niya ang haba. Base sa suot niyang orange shirt na may print ng fox animal, she was from CEA department.
"Are you alone?
"Well, it's not our problem if you are still single. Maybe it's a sign that you should find a partner already."
It wasn't intentional at all and I wasn't the only who laughed, yet sa akin napunta ang atensyon ng katabi ko.
I was surprised when she flashed me a smile.
"Wala kang kasama?" bigla niyang tanong.
Tinuro ko ang sarili ko. "Me?"
She nodded.
"W-wala. Why did you ask though?"
"She's willing to be my partner! We'll accept that challenge and take the big prize!"
