Chapter 20

Third Person P.O.V

Scott and Katherine made their way to where the fighting was to begin in the temple, hearing the betas and Peter whispering to one another, breathing heavily as their fear grew.

Kate had ran to fight the hunters outside, telling the twins to stay and wait for the next fight to begin.

They sprinted into the room, Scott punching a slab of rock out of his way as they chased the wolves.

They both stopped in front of the three people, and they all gasped at the two in front of them.

"Katherine?" Malia whispered to her Alpha.

The girls head flicked to the were-coyote, giving her a devilish smirk, "Not anymore."

With a loud roar, both Scott and Katherine attacked their friends, and Peter.

Katherine threw Malia to the ground, making the girl groan as she picked herself up, "What happened to you?" She asked.

The wolf threw her fist into Malia's stomach, catching her off guard, "Kate fixed me, she fixed us."

Malia dodged the next punch, landing one of her own, hitting the wolf's nose.

"Get out of Katherine!" She growled, swiping at her.

The wolf laughed venomously, "Oh, Malia." she said, "I am Katherine!" She growled.

The wolf shoved Malia back, throwing her into her father, knocking them both down. All of a sudden, Peter grabbed Katherine, tossing a bone dagger to Malia.

"Kill it!" He screamed, "Kill it now!" He looked into the wolf's eyes as he screamed, searching them for some sort of answer.

Peter threw the wolf away from him, grabbing Scott's other arm, "Kill him now!" He screamed.

Katherine watched, curious, as Malia rose the dagger, aiming for Scott's skull.

"No, wait, wait! Malia, wait" Stiles screamed, running into the room.

Katherine stood to her feet as Kira swept her katana over the dagger, slicing it in half.

"It's Scott." Stiles told her, "It's Scott."

Katherine walked over to Peter, moving out of the way as Scott punched Malia, sending her body flying back.

"Katherine?" Stiles asked, his voice wavering.

The wolf ignored him, grabbing Peters collar, and throwing him against the wall beside her.

"Scott? Scott, hey it's me-" Stiles was cut off as his best friend backhanded him, sending him to the floor.

Scott pulled his beta up, breathing heavily in his face as he waited to kill Liam.

Katherine looked to Stiles, and as they met eyes, Stiles' face saddened, "I'm so sorry, Katherine. I'm so sorry!"

The wolf growled, her head snapping to the man in front of her. He yelled out as she dug her sharpened claws into his shoulder, pulling him up.

Peter let out a frustrated scream, "You answer to me!" He bellowed, "I control you! You're mine!"
