Bonus Chapter: 2 Funny 'Clips'

"Thorn, the last time we let the kids alone, the house was burned down! They need a real babysitter."

"Fine, call up their grandma."

Phone call:

"Ay! You wanna come watch these rascals for us?"

"Sure! They are always so cute, how long?"

"3 hours, me and Thorn are gonna go on a date."

"Give me 30 minutes, i'll be over."

"See ya then!"

"Hold up! Candy, or no candy?"

"Whatever you want!"

End of phone call

After arriving, 'Granmama' said goodbye to Rein and Thorn, leaving her with both Daisy and Samuel.

"Granmama."

"Yeah?"

"Can I go jump off the trampoline, do a cartwheel, a handstand, and then shove myself face first into the ground?"

"Sure."

Daisy got too scared to do any of her tricks other than a handstand on the trampoline.

"Granmama."

"Yes?"

"Can I-"

"Wait. It's a yes if it doesn't hurt me, or any objects around here."

"Awh man."

Samuel wanted to hit Granmama with a baseball bat.

"Granmama-"

"No."

"But-"

"No."

Little would Granmama know, the kids were TRYING to ask if they could go to bed, she found that out the hard way.

"GRANMAMA!"

"No."

"GRANMAMA, WE ARE TRYING TO ASK IF WE CAN-"

"No! How many times do I have to say it."

"GRANMAMA JUST LET US FINISH!"

"You know what, fine."

"WE WERE TRYING TO ASK IF WE COULD GO TO BED! OUR BEDTIME WAS... AN HOUR AGO!"

"oh.. CRAP!"

Granmama rushed to get the kids ready for bed, she knew their parents would be back in an hour.

"You! Brush Teeth! You change into PJ's!"

"Yes ma'am!"

And after 30 minutes of scrambling around, Granmama finally got the two in bed. And both Rein and Thorn showed up around 15 minutes after they were settled in.

"We're home!"

"Shut it! They are sleeping."

"Ah, sorry."

And the next thing you know, both Daisy and Samuel are scrambling out of their rooms like dogs.

"You guys should be asleep!"

"Nah. We weren't tired."

"But-"

Both the little ones rushed to Rein and Thorn, giving them a hug.

"How much candy did you give them?"

"I-"

"Candy?!"

Both the kids basically ransacked Granmama, searching for the candy, and after finding it, even I, the narrator of this clip, can't even imagine how crazy they went. To the point where, Daisy, was literally standing on one side of the wall, jumping back and forth.

"Daisy!"

"No!"

"Ma! What did you give them?"

"I put a little bit of alcohol in some of the laffy taffy, but it's fine, they'll pass out soon enough."

"MA!"

"What?"

Those kids didn't wake up until 12 PM, and they were still tired. Everyone should be lucky they didn't remember anything, because, if they did chaos would spread faster than the fire Daisy caused.

"Dad!"

"What is it now?"

"Did you hear what Samuel did?"

"What kind of lies are you making up now?"

"If you think i'm lying, you should see the poor boy's face!"

"Did Samuel get hurt? What happened!"

"Oh yeah, Samuel's fine, I was talking about the boy he hit with a baseball bat."

"That's good... Wait what?"

"Yeah there's a dead body on our front porch."

"Excuse me? What?"

Thorn quickly got out of his office, slowly walking toward the front porch, to find Rein standing beside Samuel laughing, and Samuel with a baseball in his hands.

"What happened?"

"Daisy was coming home from school and some random boy followed her, threatening her life if she wouldn't come with him, Samuel didn't like him."

"So you killed him?!"

"It was for Daisy, so yeah I guess I did."

Samuel carelessly rubbed his hand on Daisy's hair and walked away toward the bathroom.

"Hey!"

"My bad!"

"That boy is gonna get in some serious trouble one day."

"I've killed a man for a loved one before too, like son, like mother."

And Rein walked away snickering.

"Can't wait to hear that story!"

And Daisy skipped away.

"Wait! What about this dead body.."

Thorn ended up calling a friend and getting the body situation handled.

"Samuel! You know how you killed a guy?"

"Yeah! You can punish me or something."

"Nah. Here's 25 bucks. Spend it or save it, whatever you want."

And after that day, it became Samuel's job to kill anybody that tries to target Daisy. Daisy even started calling him Mario, and she was Princess Daisy.

This is the end of Life, Death, Together, and as sad as it is, I feel accomplished knowing that all my hard work was worth it.
