"we're free!" Blaise and Theo yelled ecstatically as they ran outside, "I found the exams to be quite easy" Hermione said with a smile as they made their way to the lake when harry froze "what's wrong haz?" Dahlia asked concerned, her brother was thinking to quickly for her to get an accurate understanding of what was going through his mind. "Don't you think it's a bit odd that more than anything hagrid wants a dragon and someone just happens to have an egg" Harry said as he started walking to hagrid's hut.

"Why didn't we think of that" Evan said, they were slytherins for Merlin's sake, "we were more worried and concentrated on Dahlia and her child, remember " Bellatrix said in a duh tone

" Seriously, that's a blow to our house " draco whined as they made it to hagrid's hut, " where did you get Norberta Hagrid? " Harry asked immediately " got it off a fellow down at the pub, he seemed quite happy to get rid of it " hagrid said, Dahlia resisted the urge to hit her head "he was worried at first, asking if I could handle her and I told him after fluffy, a dragon would be easy" He added, causing dahlia to pinch the brink of her nose. "Hagrid, did this person seem interested in fluffy?" She asked softly " of course, you don't come by Cerberus very often, I said the key to handling animals is to know what their soft spot is, take fluffy for example, play some music and he'll go right to sleep " Hagrid said

" Of hagrid " Mcgonagall sighed while shaking her head, hagrid blushed beet red

Dahlia groaned as she started running to Minnie's office, the others not far behind " Minnie! We need to see professor dumbledore " Dahlia said once she entered McGonagall's room " I'm afraid he left to the ministry" Mcgonagall said " he needs to come back, Someone plans to get the sorcerer's stone" Neville said, panting as he stopped next to Dahlia. McGonagall's lips thinned "I do not know how you know but I can assure you the stone is perfectly fine, now leave quietly" Mcgonagall said brushing them off, Dahlia's and Harry's Complete respect and trust for teachers broke that day, if an adult was unwilling to help them, then they were doing it on their own.

"That's the only time we ever asked for a teacher's help or went to them with our problems" Dahlia said, McGonagall was shocked, why would her future self brush them off like that, especially as they were trying to warn her.
