*Rachel's P.O.V*
The day turned into night slowly, and a lot of people had left the festival to go home. After a while, Whiplash got bored, so we both left. Once back safely in his alt mode, we started driving.
The moon cast a beautiful glow on Whiplash's dashboard, the red Autobot symbol softly lighting up the teenage boys chest. His light blue eyes reflected as the street lamps passed by, showing off his pierced smile as well. "So, did you have fun today?" He asked, breaking the silence and looking over to me. Tiredly I look over to him and smile, nodding. My body, on its own accord, slid over and my head lightly rested on his shoulder.
His shoulder was slightly muscular, but also rather comfortable, and he chuckled as I got comfortable.
The ride was calm, and we were almost to where the base was, when he tensed and turned off the road. Quickly I sat up and looked around, my sleepiness now fully gone. "Whiplash, what's wrong?" I asked, holding onto the handle on my side as he took a sharp right, his regular form bouncing as the road cut off into the forest. Suddenly he stopped abruptly, and I nearly smashed my nose on the dashboard.
"I need you to get out and hide, and no matter what you hear or see. Do. Not. Come. Out. I love you." And with that the holoform, with sad eyes, disappeared, and the door flew open. The seatbelt around me unbuckled and the car shook violently and I got out. My door closed and he took off, his back tires skidding. Suddenly a large explosion shook the ground, and the place where Whiplash was, there was smoldering concrete. "Whiplash!!" I screamed, running forward, but quickly backing up behind a tree.
Crawling out of the foliage and cover was a tall red and black bot, smirking down at the explosion. His hand was in the shape of a crossbow before it transformed back into a hand. He snickered and walked over in my direction, but stopped when a familiar, comforting voice shouted.
"Back off BlackStride!" Whiplash barked, landing in front of the taller BlackStride, landing in a fighting position. "Ah, little brother, how good it is to see you again! It's been Solar cycles!" The horned bot tried to catch on some conversation. Whiplash didn't buy it though, and threw a spin kick at the other bot. In a split second Blackstride had grabbed Whiplash's foot and spun him, then forced him onto his back.
"I've always been stronger then you little brother, and I will not be defeated today, or any other day." Blackstride put his foot Whiplash's chest and pushed down violently, a pained cry breaking through the sound of crunching metal. His foot let up once again and he leaned down, resting his elbow on his knees. "Now, you have something that I want, and I know she is around here somewhere." He said, looking around. I barely had any time to hide as he looked around my area.
A sadistic chuckle sliced through the air. "I can hear you little one, your heart is racing quickly. Are you scared of little ol' me?" he asked, as if he were talking to a frightened animal. I gulped and took in a breathe, doing something that had 'stupid' written all over it.
"You should be the one who's scared! Whiplash is going to kick your skidplate to the next universe!" I yelled, using some cybertronian language that I assumed were insults that I had always heard Ratchet use. An aggravated growl resounded and the tree I hid behind was forcefully yanked from behind me. In shock I turned around, yelping as my light blue eyes met a pair of glowing red ones.
An evil smile crossed his face. "For all these years I've known you, I've never thought you could be so tough, for a fleshy." He cackled. I crawled away, mustering a small 'what?' as he kneeled and got closer. A bright flash filled the area and under BlackStride stood jack, an evil smile on his face. "You were a fool for trusting that crankshaft, He will only get you killed, while as I-" Jack stopped, and disappeared in a flash. "I can keep you safe. You'll never have to worry about a 'Con attack when you're around me. You will be respected as a 'Con, and that power of yours will come in handy." BlackStride smiled, his eyes glinting with hope.
As if reflex took over I shook my head. "No! I'll never join you!" I barked, kicking my leg out and throwing some dust up into his Optic. He yelped and reeled back, his hand coming around and smacking me, sending me a good ten feet away. My head violently smacked a tree, and my vision flashed red in pain. I fell over, landing on the hard ground.
My eyes fluttered open and a tear trickled down my cheek. Whiplash was across from me, his chest dented a little. He looked exhausted, his eyes barely open.
Flashes of memories passed in front of my eyes, and they seemed so familiar.

My eyes fluttered shut, and my mind swirled into an endless black void, but somehow,
I could still hear the cries of the poor Bots, as they begged for me to help them...
