*Rachel's P.O.V*
What's going on?!
First we're in a street race with some guy who decides to disgrace Whiplash, and now my sister and I are hidden behind his large black leg, a large sparking whip just a few feet in front of us.
I wrap my arms protectively around Thornly, backing up until my back hit the barrier of the overpass. Fear took over me as I saw what Whiplash was protecting us from.
A large yellow bot stood in front of him, a cocky grin plastered on his face. He was smaller compared to Whip, but still larger than us, so I suppose it wasn't the best to get on his bad side, in fear of being squashed.
His feet seemed to be the headlights, where as compared to Whip's where his were just below his window-chest plates. The rest of his leg was covered in what I now assumed to be a metal armor. A black stripe traveled up his left leg onto the top part of the large piece of metal. His chest was bulky and prodded out a bit, the same strips on the same side as his foot. An odd red symbol stuck out like a sore thumb on his chest. His hands, or what I thought were hands were stuck together in a stinger type shape, the blue glowing parts sparking and snapping loudly. His helmet was the same yellow color as the rest of his body, except for the black triangle on his forehead, framing both sides were small horns. Last thing that I seem to notice were his eyes. They were a brilliant blue color, glowing the same as Whiplash's.
He seemed to notice my staring, because his eyes darted over to me, meeting mine with a genuine smile. The look was cut off as Whiplash shuffled, blocking both of us from his view. I glance up at the back of Whiplash's head, His wheels on his back seemed to spin angrily as he growled softly.
"Alright, Decepti-creep! Back away from the girls, and I might not hurt ya, that bad!" The yellow bot spoke, his voice high as chirpy. Whip' only shuffle more, thumping his whip on the ground in front of him.
Decepticons? The things that attacked my house? my...my family... He was one of them?...
"You're a Decepticon?!" I scream, holding Thornly closer and pulling her away so my side faced Whiplash. He drew his head back and turned to look at us, a sad look on his face.
"No! I-I'm not! I changed! I saw what they were doing, so I left. Please Rachel, you've got to believe me on that one, you've trusted me up until know, why would I lie to you now?" He asked, completely forgetting about the small yellow robot. He turned to us.
I silently nod, my eyes becoming watery for a moment. "Yes, I trust you Whip..." I smile, which he returns happily.
He slowly reaches down to us, a comforting sight, until he's sent over the edge of the over-pass by a bright blue burst of electricity. I gasp and snap my head over to the yellow bot, who simply smiles triumphantly. With loud, thundering footsteps he walks over beside us, looking down over the edge. I hush Thornly as she sobs into my shirt, not wanting to see what has become of our large bulky friend. I sidestep and look over, tilting my head when I see there was no robot.
The yellow bot turns to us with a smile, getting down onto one knee in front of us. He held a hand out to us, a cocky smile on his face. "Hi, my name's Bumblebee." He introduces, but all I do is growl. I snap around so I face him, a tear trickling down my cheek.
"Why would you do that?! He didn't hurt us! Why did you shoot him! He did nothing wrong!!" I bark, making Bumblebee fall on his behind. His face contorts in shock, holding his hands up defensively. I can feel Thornly shiver at my violent outburst, taking a mere peek around my side to only nod at him.
His face says he's taken aback, my protectiveness making my anger flare. He stands back up, looking off the side of the pass once again and touching the side of his head.
"Yeah, Boss-bot, we got a Decepticon, but I lost him. Yeah, there are civilians...No...No...Well, they were with the Decepticon...Okay, alright." He takes his hand off the side of his head and offers both of us a smile.
Sirens suddenly fill my ears, and Thornly hides behind me again, doing a death grip on my sides. Lights fill the darkening sky as a couple, four exactly, come closer to us. I squint, watching as they draw closer and closer.
There was a blue and red fire truck, a red and white ambulance, a green four wheeled APC, and a motorcycle. I nearly had a heart attack.
The motorcycle had no rider.
They slowly rolled up in front of us, The large green one parking in front of me rather closely. I stepped back as much as possible, but not enough to squish Thornly any more then she already was.
"Aww! I'm not gonna hurt ya! Don't worry!" A male voice cooed, Then the APC stood up. He had a large body with small legs and a small head. The rest of his body was large, especially his hands...
Two wind like things lolled forward from behind his shoulders. His large jaw moved upwards in a smile. "Hi, I'm Bulkhead, What's your name little humans?" He asks, moving a large finger to point at me.
"I-I'm Th-Thornly..." Thornly squeak, hiding her face behind my jacket, too bad I didn't have the same comfort. His blue eyes flickered to me and I gulp. "I-I'm Rachel..." I respond, a little louder then I probably should have.
A large blue hand places itself on his shoulder and her turns, facing now three other bots.
One is slumped over a bit, the same red and white color as the ambulance. His face showed signs of anger and annoyance, as if he would have rather been somewhere else, having his arms crossed over his chest. The second was a black and gold color, skinnier then the others, his arms crossed as well, but more amused then the others. The third was at least the tallest, blue and red, just like the fire truck that had rolled up. He watched us questioningly, his blue eyes flickering between us and 'Bulkhead'.
Suddenly the ground cracks around Thornly and I, and the robots back away, taking out weapons at the ready, glaring at something above us....
