Nikolai.

"WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU ALL THINKING?!" she bellowed. Anger rolled off of her in scalding hot waves of furious intent and exsparation.

We flinched for a millisecond not used to her being so loud and angry at us, more so specifically.

"θείτσα, we can talk like reasonable people about this, there is no need to make such commotion and where is Sofia?" Nial tried to calm down the angered woman, yet subtly asked where our girl was.

(Auntie)

Sighing, she stated trying to keep her overflowing emotions at bay not lash out furthermore. "She's in my office and is a bit disrupted but what the hell were you guys thinking when you fucking kidnapped her!"

The screeched admission rang in my ears as she raised her voice a higher note, "You brought an innocent woman. No! a girl without her consent to our home and for what is what I want to know? Don't you know how irresponsible and endangering that is?"

Oh, but we knew. We thought of every possible scenario yet our emotions made us act upon them and our selfishness pulled the worst in us. Inducing us to take Sofia.

"We're aware that what we've done is wrong but we couldn't just leave her there. We love her and we don't expect you to understand why we did what we did," Nadei being the easily angered beast among us, interrupted, "We'd appreciate if you saved your scolding since we won't listen to you this time. We might consider you to be our mother but it doesn't give you the right to dictate our lives for us-" he so unkindly pressed. Persistence and conviction lacing his voice.

"-We know what we're doing and we'd appreciate it if you don't come between us and Sofia. It won't end well for anyone who would," Nial topped Nadei's words with a threat promising absolute havoc and chaos if anyone dared to take our lyubov' from us.

"I-I just hope that you guys know what you're doing and not fuck up her life. More than you have already, the girl is scared and-" cutting off her rambling while rolling my eyes irritatedly, my patience ran low.

I just missed my kitten.

So damn much.

"Listen, aunt Ana, you're still not getting it. We said that we'll take care of Sofia and provide her with what she wants until she loves us the same way that we do and you know that if we tried to approach her like a normal person would which we were not. She'd run for the hills the second she knew what we were involved in--" I completed my sensible words.

I ran my hand through my blond curls trying to not show my impending irritation and anger.

The damp atmosphere was tainted with our overflowing anger and apprehension.

"We'd never hurt Sofia nor let any harm come to her, we'd die before anything happens to her," Nadei monotonously murmured yet his hard eyes slightly softened at the mention of Sofia's name.

We stood motionless waiting for her to analyze and comprehend what we had told her. It was the truth in all ways. We loved Sofia and we needed her and as simple as that sounded.

It was hard after what we'd done.

We all knew how much freedom would mean to a person. We had a tough past with an unadulterated amount of trauma and we should've been more considerate of her and shouldn't have acted so rashly.

We were meant to make her happy not anger and frustrate her.

But yet, somehow we managed to do just that.

It was always our damn fault.

"I honestly don't know what to say," she shook her head, "Don't think for a second that I approve of this and you better keep your word. That girl didn't deserve to be forced into this and if you ever hurt her. You'll regret it. All of you," Anastasia concluded sternly surprising us with her words.
