Jasmine's POV

Bigla akong nagising dahil sa katok mula sa labas ng aking kwarto.

"Hija, may bisita ka." It was manang's voice. I look at the clock beside my bed and it's already 9:12 in the morning. I really did sleep well.

"Sinong bisita manang?" I asked while my eyes are still close.

"Kiglen." After hearing his name, I immediately get off the bed and open the door from my room.

Gulat si manang na nakatingin sa akin."Who is entertaining him?" I asked.

"Zsofia and Aicee. Pumasok na sa trabaho ang dad at tita Helena mo." She answer. Sheesh! I am late for our date. Bumaba nalang ako kahit hindi pa nag-aayos.

"Paano po iyon? Dalawa boyfriend ni ate Jasmine?" I heard Aicee's voice before I could enter the sala.

"Dalawa?" Professor Kiglen asked.

He might misunderstand what Aicee is saying."Opo kasi may sinusundo kami dati- Good morning,everyone." I cut off Aicee because I might regret the next words she will spill.

"Good morning, ate." Aicee greeted and glance at me. Siya lang ang nandito sa sala at wala si Zsofia.

Lumapit ako sa kanila."I am so sorry,I am late." I apologized to Kiglen.

"It's fine. Atleast you have rested for our date." He said and directly stare at me with his serious eyes. Ilang misunderstanding ba ang kakaharapin ko dahil kay Professor Kiglen?

"I'll just take a bath and change. Wait me here for a while, mabilis lang naman ako." I said and look at Aicee.

"Aicee, where is Zsofia?" I asked. Dapat may sister guidance siya kasi baka may ibunyag siyang hindi dapat.

"Nasa kusina po kumuha ng kape." Sagot niya.

"Okay, okay." I replied and actioned her to zip her mouth baka ano pa masabi niya kay Kiglen.

I went back to my room and take a bath then change. I wore a black shirt paired with a baggy pant and white shoes.

Bumaba na ako sa sala at naabutan ko sila Zsofia na nag-uusap.

Napansin ako ni Zsofia kaya nagsalita."Nandito na pala si Jasmine." Lumingon si Professor Kiglen at ngumiti. Hindi ko pa pala alam kung saan kami pupunta.

"Let's go." I said.

Nasa labas kami ngayon ng bahay at magbibigay lang ako ng habilin."Ikaw muna bahala dito sa bahay. I'll text dad for him to know that I am out." Sabi ko kay Zsofia at niyakap.

"Ingat kayo." Nakangiting sabi ni Zsofia. Ngiti na makikita mong totoo at ramdam mo na talagang masaya ang tao para sa iyo.

Pumasok na kami sa sasakyan ni Kiglen then I fasten my seatbelt.

Pagtingin ko kay Professor Kiglen ay nakatingin ito sa akin."Who is Aicee referring earlier?" Kiglen asked.

"He is family close friend. You met already met him in lola's burial." I replied.

"Sino doon? Iyung loko-loko o iyung seryoso?" Tanong niya kaya natawa ako. That's his distinction between my two guy friends.

"Para mapanatag ang loob mo. He is Adrian, my friend since we transfer here. Both our parents are close to each other that's why we became friends. Also, he is active in the university." I replied.

Mukhang naniwala naman siya sa sinabi ko."No feelings attached?" He asked.

"None. Come on,it's our day today. We focus on us and not other people.Where are we going by the way?" I asked. Mamaya sa bahay nila pala ako dadalhin.
