I am busy scanning my phone when I heard our driver speak."We're already here Ms. Laurier." Sabi nito kaya tumingin ako sa labas ng kotse.
Lumabas na ako mula sa sasakyan at hinanap ang mga magulang ko. We are attending a special event, an anniversary of my dad's friend in business. I am wearing a black backless long sleeve dress that flows to the floor. My hair is in bun style which matches the shape of my face.
As we enter the mansion there are many people,wherein you can notice their wealthiness.
"You're here." Salubong sa akin ni Harvey na may ngiti sa labi. Harvey Oswald, they are the owner of this mansion we are in and today is his parent's anniversary.
"I am, where are Khian and Charleston?" I asked him. Lagi kasi silang magkakasama na tatlo. Hindi mapaghiwalay at pati sa basketball ay nagsama-sama.
"Khian is on his way with his girlfriend and Charleston went to the CR." He answered. Khian has a girlfriend?
"Are you sure that Khian has a girlfriend? Wala naman siyang ipinapakilala sa amin also he's not with someone kapag nasa school tayo." I answered him shockingly. They are keeping secrets from us.
"How are we supposed to tell you when everyone of us are busy. Ikaw lang pala, kinakalaban mo lahat sa school." He answered and chuckle.
"And Khian's girlfriend is studying in a different university." He added.
"Nakakatawa iyon?" I said irritatedly.
"Chill! Sayang ang ganda mo." Biglang singit ni Charleston sa usapan.
"Oh! Nandito na pala sila Khian." Sabi ni Charleston habang nakatingin sa may likod ko kaya lumingon kami ni Harvey sa direction kung saan siya nakatingin.
I look at Khian and the woman he is with.I felt something struck my heart. Ouch!
Khian is with a gorgeous woman wearing a color silver tube dress that perfectly fits her body paired with a black high heels. Her make up is light but her face still glows.
"Hey." Bati ni Khian nang makarating sila. The woman is smiling brightly to us.
"Before I forgot,Riza this is Shea my girlfriend. Aking iniibig, this is Riza my friend." Pagpapakilala ni Khian. Ang kalma ng boses niya at ramdam ko ang saya niya.
"Hi." Bati ni Shea na nakangiti at yumakap sa akin. I can feel genuineness in her despite of my jealousy. I don't feel hatred towards her unlike the other girls trying to cling on Khian.
"Hello." I said and hug her back.
"Where is our table?" Khian asked.
"Let's go there." Harvey responded and lead us.
Masayang nag-uusap ang lahat at nakakasabay si Shea, she have a humor and sense kausap. Why do I feel down and even comparing myself to her? This is not right but I can't stop it.
"Is that Jasmine?" I heard Bim said while staring at the entrance.
Our attention was on Jasmine who just entered the hall, wearing a bloody red gown wherein it reaches the floor but have a slit on the left side until her thighs paired with a black pointed heels. Her hair is in high ponytail and her make up made her look fiercely gorgeous.She have this powerful aura on her as she walks elegantly
"She's a classic chic." Sabi ni Charleston at halatang namamangha. Kahit ako ay nabibihag din sa kaniya. I still didn't express my gratitude on her for saving my friend back then.
"You better not continue your plans Charles." Babala ni Harvey kay Charleston. He seems interested on Jasmine.
"Tama na iyan baka mabali leeg niyo." Sabi ni Khian kaya natawa ang iba.Napadpad ang mata ko kay Khian na nakapatong ang kamay sa likuran ng upuan ni Shea.
