Chapter 19

Sabrina P.O.V.

"Congrats Sabrina." One of the girls in my team congrats me.

"Thanks." I said putting on my shoes. We just finish practice and we were all changing expect for Sydney she left furious after they announced I was the team caption she just left before practice even started.

"Am so glad your our team caption, no Sydney." Someone said.

"Is she that bad?" I asked.

"She is the worst. She thinks she is the best at it when really she isn't. Plus you way better then her. Your the best." Someone comment.

"Thanks. Guys for giving me this Chance." I said.

"Sabrina you deserved it. Am sure your going to a great caption." On girl comment.

"YEAH!!!" all the girls in the lockers yelled.

"Thanks." I said. They all nodded and everybody went back to changing.

I grabbed my bag and said goodbye to the girls and got out of the lockeroom. I saw Vanessa waiting for me already.

"Hey."I said.

"Hey, congrats on being our team caption." She said.

I nodded and we started walking down the hall and out of the school.

"So where is Taylor because she wasn't in practice." I asked.

"With you brother. They skip the last 2 classes and she skip practice as you-"
"Wait did you just say my brother skip class?!!!"

"Yeah."

" I can't believe he did that. He knows that Josh is serious about us skipping class gosh last time he did he got in big trouble."

"Do you think Josh will find out."

"I hope not."

Finally we were in front of the school.

"Well I have to go already my mom is waiting for me. I would give you a ride but we are going out to eat right away. Sorry."

"It's okay Vanessa. I will text you."

"Are you walking?" She asked.

"Yeah."

"Sabrina at this time!!! It's almost 9!!! And it's dark. I could ask my mom-"

"Vanessa I will be fine. Plus I don't want to ruin your plans with your mom. Now go."

"Okay."

He hugged and she stated walking away. I looked around. It's dark, maybe I should call Josh, oh wait he is not here. Oh well guess I have to walk.

"Ugh. And my house is like far from here." I whisper to myself.

"Dang it. I won't be able to relax and watch Netflix. Instead am here walking." I said to myself.

"Wait. Why am I talking to myself. People are going to think am crazy." I said.

Okay I need to stop already I thought.

I think I have been waking for 20 minutes now. Am walking throw a street that feels and looks so dark or more like the houses look haunted. There is not lights turn on in the houses? No one outside. It feels like nobody lives here.

I heard pace of some shoes in back of me. Oh great. This is turning into a scary movie.

I didn't look back it probably is just someone walking by. but after a while I still heard it.

I increased my pace and so did the person. GREAT.

I look to my side and just saw the shadow of someone.

Now I am scare. It's been 30mins and this person is still walking in back of me.

I couldn't take it anymore and I started running. I felt the other person running too.

Great. Now this is a freaken scary movie. Where I get chase in the dark walking home and get killed.

I kept on running and I turn around but I couldn't see his face it was to dark. But it was a he for sure. He started running faster and I turn around and increase my speed.
