The Young Caretaker slowly lowered her eyebrow and broke into a smile. This was the chance of a lifetime; usually, most mercenaries could only manage to get a few blueprints at a time, or maybe a little rusted expensive tech left behind from The Great Wars but a whole ass Bunker.

Under her control, she could make it into an impenetrable fortress or maybe an Underground factory to make more funding for Endless War Effort, but it wouldn't be right for Doctor Wolfenstein and his group, who did all the work to get nothing other than blood money while she did nothing she thought to herself.

But then a devilish idea came to her head. If she made The 28th Bunker into Doctor Wolfenstein's Laboratory, then they both benefit, but then again, he might not accept due to his deep hatred for his past life's work, but maybe she could guilt him into taking the offer.

But right then, she heard a knock at her door. She fixed up her leather jacket and dark blue button-up before saying come in, but the mere sight of her visitor made her kind of wish she hadn't.

A very well-dressed man in a dark lab coat with a very expensive suit underneath not to mention he was wearing a gas mask with tubes pumping toxic medical chemicals and self-cleaning artificial blood throughout.

his body, but especially the most off-putter thing about him was his all-black, leathery artificial skin that made him look like a supervillain from a TV Show.

His expensive top hat and walking cane full of a mysterious greenish glowing liquid made him stick out like a sore thumb, The young caretaker knew of man's great accomplishments in bioengineered but more importantly, she knew of the many war crimes he committed In the Pursuit of his so-called great passion.

She raised her hand towards a chair in front of her, and he sat down, finally deciding to speak ( I must apologize for my rude Intrusion into your family's business, but I have a deal to make with an old rival of mine that could benefit the both of us. )

The Caretaker was suspicious of him but couldn't deny he didn't do anything to her or her business but simply brought the old tech and left, but this time it was different. This was a business opportunity to gain new powerful allies or gain new, very powerful enemies.

She, of course, asked what he wanted from her, and he replied by breaking into a speech ( great men and great women need a rival to challenge them, but without someone forcing them to evolve, they will begin to stagnate, and then soon after become instinct due to a more evolved species. )

( The same goes for business, and I realize I am quite bored of being the top dog in the human modification market, so I created Imaginary Rival while using my old rivals' technology and research, even going as far as calling the Company. )

( Wolfenstein Cybernetics )

( But don't worry I didn't pocket the cash but instead used the money to make the Company bigger while waiting for my rival to pick up on my activities. )

( And he did by sending me that message, provided he is at the least Interested In the company; all I need from you Is for him to sign for ownership of the company and a place for him to call home, but if he refuses, we both lose. )

( All I ask is to ensure he says yes no matter what, and in return, I'll be happy to introduce you to my manly, powerful fellow chairmen like myself and our resources, so what do you say Caretaker wanna shake on it? )
