Marcus' POV
Days.. weeks.. passed
She is a stranger to me now.. We always meet in the hallway but she pass by me like she never knew me..
We met at the Registrars office this morning.. we had a little conversation.. Sa totoo lang natakot ako nung mabalitaan ko na mag shi-shift siya ng course..
"Anne.." tawag ko sa kanya..
"Bakit?" ngumiti sya..
"Same block pa rin ba tayo?" tanong ko sa kanya.. actually, natakot ako ng di ko malamang dahilan nung malaman ko na magshi-shift na sya ng course
"Siguro.. yata.. baka.." natawa sya sa sarili nyang kalokohan...
"Good.."sagot ko sa kanya.. Namimiss ko lang sya siguro..
"You should join us..isama mo si Jane.." sabi ni Jerome sa akin habang si Anne busy sa pakikipagusap kay Andrew..
"Di ako pwede eh.. Nagpapasama si Jane sa akin sa Mall.." Sabi ko na nakatitig pa rin kay Anne.. Everything now is changed...
"Hahaha! Ang corny mo.." narinig kong sabi nya kay Andrew na pilit nagpapacute sa kanya..
"Corny? but I made you laugh right?" Sabi ni Andrew na lalo nyang ikinatuwa.. Kinikilig ba sya? naka move on na ba sya sa akin? sana nga..
"Oo.. dahil sa ka kornihan mo.. " sabi ni Anne kay Andrew
I have this selfish side of me that I want her laugh with my jokes,, Only with my jokes.. kahit corny yun.. Di ko alam kung ano itong nararamdaman ko.. basta I felt suffocated as I watch her leave.. But suddenly my girlfriend arrived..
"Honey.. tapos ka na mag enroll? Shall we go to the mall na?" sabi ni Jane..
"Not yet.." I said still distracted by Anne
"Oh i see.. Nag kita kayo ni Anne? parang nakita ko sya galing dito eh.." she asked me I know she is going to nag me again about that
"Yeah, we just said hi and hello.. the she left with her new friends.." I bitterly said and Iknow she caught my facial expression
"i know it is hard for you.. pero kailangan mo yung gawin para sa ating dalawa.. para di mahati ang attention mo..' Now she is starting her nagging again.. nakakarindi
"I don't want to talk about our broken friendship.." Napuno ako.. nag walkout ako.. Hinabol nya ako at niyakap sa likod..
"I'm sorry.. I did not mean to drag this topic..Let's forget about it please.." She pleaded.. humarap ako sa kanya,..
"I'm sorry din.. just don't raise the topic.." sabi ko at nag holding hands kami pabalik ng registrar..
"Alam nyo ba? Marriane Park and Andrew Choi are now offically dating?" Narinig ko sa mga chismosang students sa school..
"Really? How about Marcus?" the other one said without knowing na nasa likod ko lang sila..
"Ano ka ba! He have girlfriend na no.. yung sa Nursing? Saka ang pagkakaalam ko bestfriend lang nya si Marriane Park" The other girl said..
"Sana si Spencer single pa.. or kahit yung Dennis.."
"Basta ako si Aiden ang gusto ko.."
"Pero I think Marriane Park and Marcus Cho are more compatible..I just don't know why.."
