School the next day was really awkward. I arrived with Ricky and Rhea and headed to the bench where I knew Faye, Dan and Justin would be waiting. But they weren't alone. Erik was with them and was grinning at me like crazy.

"Kill me now" I whispered to Ricky

He looked puzzled. I hadn't told him about the date with Erik; Rhea had spent the whole ride to school telling me about a boy in her class and had been asking whether I thought the way he was behaving towards her meant he liked her. I told her it sounded like he did and that she should absolutely not mention anything to do with boys around Faye.

"Why?" Ricky whispered

I didn't have time to answer him because we were too close to the others

"Sit down Emz" Erik said grabbing my hand and yanking me down next to him on the bench; he then put his arm round me and squeezed me close to him.

What the frick?!

"Um, call me Emily" I said, breaking free from Eriks hold

"Ricky calls you Emz" Erik said frowning; he shot Ricky a quick glare

"And Rickys my best friend and the only one" I replied, pulling a face

Erik was officially moving up the ranks in my list of least favourite people

"And I'm your boyfriend" he said sounding outraged

Faye let out a squeak. An annoyingly happy squeak. I couldn't read Rickys expression and Justin and Dan were laughing. I just sat there with my mouth open. I hadn't got the relationship status memo that Erik had apparently recieved.

"My mum said she'd like to meet you" Erik beamed at me. He appeared to of forgotten he was throwing a tantrum about the name Emz and obviously hadn't picked up on my shock.

"Can we have a word privately?" I asked Erik. I stood up and beckoned for him to follow so really I was telling him rather than asking. He followed me to a spot near the bench but far enough away that the others couldn't hear us.

"So..." I started before the school bell rudely cut me off

"This will have to wait until later baby boo" Erik said grinning.

Before I could stop him, for the second time in the last 24 hours Erik grabbed me and shoved his tongue down my throat. He proper went for it as well.

"See you later baby boo" he said pecking me on the nose and dashing off.

I stood glued to the spot, shocked at what had just happened. I had planned on informing Erik that contrary to what he thought we were NOT boyfriend and girlfriend. And baby boo? That's like the worlds yuckiest pet name!

"Tell me everything" Faye squealed, running across to me and practically shaking me, as if she thought all the info would fly out of me

"You suck!" I said, scowling at her

Her face dropped

"I'll see you later" I mumbled, before storming off into school

I was being a bit of a drama queen but I was really annoyed. Firstly, because of Faye I'd had to go on a date with Erik, second because of the date Erik now thought I was his girlfriend and finally he'd just shoved his tongue down my throat for the second time. And judging by the nasty taste he'd left in my mouth he'd eaten pickled gherkins at breakfast. Don't get me wrong I love gherkins but when I'm eating them, not when the taste has been left behind by someones far too adventurous tongue.

My first class was art and it's the one class none of my close friends are in, which sucks because I'm rubbish at art and could do with the distraction. While Mr Kay talked about an art exhibition I pulled out my phone and checked my facebook.

I rolled my eyes when I saw that Erik had sent me a relationship request.I quickly declined the request before clicking off the internet and putting my phone back in my bag. I swear the only thing keeping me going was that I was seeing The Heavies that night.

My second class was English. I chanced feeling Mrs Kerrs wrath by sending Erik a note. I'd put that he had to meet me inside the sports hall at lunch. He nodded and gave me a wink after he read it. Eeeurgh! I could only imagine why he thought I wanted to meet up.

At lunch I avoided the others and headed straight to the sports hall; Erik was already there and was shooting some hoops. Surprisingly he wasn't too bad, maybe he should give up soccer and play basketball.

I sat down on the bench and eventually he spotted me and sat down too.

"Ok so the reason I asked you to meet me..." I started

I was going to try and put it nicely. Sure, he had annoyed me half to death but I'm not a horrible person and I'm definately not a bitch like Melanie Parker

"I already know why" Erik grinned before grabbing me and shoving his tongue in my mouth

FOR THE THIRD TIME MIGHT I ADD!!!

Okay, no more Mrs Nice Emily

I tried to push him off but I think he confused me grabbing and pushing him as me grabbing him passionately and kissed me even harder.

So I bit his tongue.

"Owwww what the hell?" Erik cried, letting go of me automatically

"Erik do not ever kiss me again!" I shouted, wiping my mouth with the back of my hand

Erik frowned

"What are you saying baby boo?" he asked

"I'm saying that I'm not your baby boo, I'm not your girlfriend and if you ever stick your tongue in my mouth again I'll... well I dunno what I'll do but I can promise you it will hurt!"

I stormed out of the sports hall, the last thing I heard was Erik calling me a psycho. Haha!

For the rest of the day I was on the recieving end of many glares from Erik. I was also a lot of peoples favourite topic for gossip. Apparently I was a tease who got great pleasure out of dating boys and just leaving them hanging at the end (I can guess that Erik started this one), apparently I was five-timer who was dating Erik, Eugene, Ricky, Justin and Dan (behind Fayes back of course) all at once and that dating five had been just too much so I'd had to drop one and Erik was the unlucky one. My favourite of them all was that I was an attention whore who had begged Faye to pretend she'd set up the whole date thing just cos I was too ugly to get a date the normal way. I'd bet my cherry chapstick Melanie had started that rumour.

As I walked to Rickys car thankful that school was over and I could go home and get ready for my concert I heard Faye calling my name; I turned to see her running towards me.

When she reached me she held out a chocolate muffin.

"Peace offering?" she asked

I rolled my eyes, she knew I wouldn't be able to resist. Plus I'm pathetic when it comes to staying mad at my friends.

I reached out to take the muffin but she pulled it away

"This is on one condition Emily, you HAVE to stop dating Dan behind my back, it is so not cool. Gosh, I dunno how you do it with all 4 of the boys on the go"

We both burst out laughing.
