WHAT THE FRICK!?!

I jumped up from my seat and got ready to leave

"Please Emily sit down" Luke whispered urgently, trying to push me back down into my seat.

"What the hell Luke?" I asked, probably louder than I should as a few people called out that I needed to shut the hell up or get out

"I'll explain everything if you sit down" Luke continued to whisper

I slowly sat back down and clutched my popcorn to my chest.

I was so confused. Where the heck was Reece? Was Luke a super stalker who had followed me here and had tied up Reece somewhere so he could take his place as my date?

"Reece brought you here so i could go on a date with you" Luke whispered in my ear, as if reading my mind

Okay, his explanataion was a tad more plausible than mine.

I turned to look at him and he gave me a small smile. My head was telling me to just get up and leave because of my promise to Ricky, But for some reason I stayed seated.

"I'm going to watch the film and then I'm going home" I whispered

I faced the cinema screen and ignored Luke. That's right I would watch the film, hopefully laugh loads at it, munch all my popcorn and then when it was over I'd go straight home. I told myself that this couldn't be classed as a date as I'd not willingly gone out with Luke, so if Ricky found out (which I hoped he wouldn't) he couldn't be annoyed with me.

I felt awkward through the whole film and didn't know if it was because of this I didn't find the film as funny as the first one. When the lights came on I shot up out of my seat and practically sprinted past Luke and up the steps, darting into the toilets which were next to that screening room. I figured if I stayed in here for a bit Luke would just go home and I wouldn't have to deal with the situation.

After 10 minutes of hanging around (and receiving a large number of strange looks) I ventured outside the bathroom. I breathed a sigh of relief when I couldn't see Luke.

I headed out the front of the cinema planning on heading to Starbucks for a cappuccino before I rang a taxi to take me home when somebody grabbed my shoulder, causing me to jump and let out a squeal.

"Chill Emily it's me" said Luke, pulling a "wow you freak out over anything" face

Dammit! I'd thought for sure he'd decided I was a scaredy cat loser and had gone home.

"I'm in a bit of a rush" I lied

"Where are you going?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. He clearly didn't believe me.

"Starbucks" I answered quickly, without thinking.

Way to go Emily, I should of lied and said somewhere more important like the police station to report a serious crime I'd just witnessed or A+E because I'd broke my arm, Starbucks was hardly going to make him think he needed to get out of my way so I could dash off as quick as possible.

"Can I come?" he asked, giving me puppy dog eyes. I seriously could not believe he was a puppy dog eyes manipulator; him and Rhea had a lot in common.

"I don't think thats a good idea" I replied, biting my lip. Damn he was good looking when he was rocking puppy dog eyes.

"Please, you didn't give me chance to explain" he begged, upping the intensity of his puppy dog eyes, "Let me buy you a drink"

Hmmm I did want to know why he'd gone to the trouble of setting up this whole thing. Plus a free drink is always good...
