"Alright, you ready to go?" Cady comes into my room and asks. I turn and shriek, "What are you wearing?" confusion on my face.

"It's my Halloween costume," Cady utters.

I raise an eyebrow, taking in the peculiar ensemble she's donned. "Cady, you're meant to dress sexy, not scary."

Cady laughs, "Well, they say 'scary' can be sexy. I'm going for a unique vibe."

I can't help but playfully tease, "Unique? You might scare away all the boys at the party. They'll be running in the opposite direction."

"Your going to get all the girls dressed like that Y/n, although Mom will not approve," Cady tells me. I admit my outfit was quite revealing. I was dressed as Catwoman, wearing very tight latex accompanied by a black mask. In the darkness, you would struggle to tell who I was.

I chuckle, adjusting my mask. "Well, Cady, I'm here to break a few rules. Who needs approval when you can have a night of mischief?"

"10 bucks that no girls dress scary tonight, just you," I challenge Cady. She looks confident. "You're on," she replies with a determined glint in her eyes.

"Hand it over, walking dead," Cady huffs, then places the 10 dollars in my hand.

I smirk, tucking the bill into my Catwoman costume. "Look, there are Regina's minions." I playfully push Cady over towards them. "Good luck."

Cady gives me a mock glare but plays along, walking confidently toward Regina's clique. As she joins them, I watch from a distance, curious to see how the dynamic will unfold.

"Hey, you want a drink?" Aaron comes over, clearly not recognizing that it is me.

I chuckle under the mask and respond casually, "Sure, Aaron. Thanks, you want to go smoke under the bleachers too?."

Aaron looks at me for a moment, a puzzled expression on his face. "Sorry, y/n, I didn't recognize it was you."

I lift the mask, revealing my face with a smile. "No worries, Aaron. Catwoman in disguise tonight."

Aaron laughs, "You really had me fooled. Nice costume," although I can see his eyes traveling down. "Oi, eyes up here!" I playfully shove him, drawing attention back to my face.

He raises his hands in mock surrender. "Alright, alright. Just appreciating the craftsmanship of the costume."

I roll my eyes, still smiling. "Craftsmanship, huh? I'll take it as a compliment."

"So, want me to wingman you tonight? I know basically everyone here," Aaron offers with a friendly grin.

I consider the proposition, appreciating the camaraderie. "Sure, why not?

In the midst of the Halloween party at North Shore High, Y/n found themselves irresistibly drawn to a captivating woman dressed as a modern-day police lady – a vision of authority with a touch of allure.

With a sly grin, Aaron navigated through the crowd, expertly guiding Y/n towards the policewoman, who was engaged in conversation with another partygoer. As they approached, Aaron smoothly intervened, striking up a conversation that seamlessly included Y/n.

Aaron: Officer , have you met my friend Catwoman here? She's got a talent for unravelling mysteries.

Policewoman, playing along: Ah, a fellow detective in the making. What mysteries have you unravelled tonight, Catwoman?

I give a playful smile: Well, Officer, I've been trying to figure out who stole my heart at this Halloween party. Any leads?

Aaron, nudged me subtly: Smooth, very smooth.
