"Hey, who was at the door?" I asked, noticing the flowers in Alex's hand as she entered the room. " And why do you have flowers?", puzzled by the unexpected gift.

"there for you she smiles, I ordered them earlier, thought it would be a nice surprise"

I couldn't help but feel touched by Alex's gesture, despite my confusion. "That's sweet of you," I replied, managing a small smile. "Thanks, Alex."

As I placed the flowers in a vase on the coffee table and settled onto the couch, I couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to the story than Alex was letting on I didn't want to overstep any boundaries. But then again, her actions had left me intrigued, and I couldn't help but wonder if there was more to our interaction than met the eye.

As Alex settled onto the couch beside me, her proximity sending a shiver down my spine, I couldn't help but feel a sense of unease creeping over me. Her presence felt oddly intrusive,

"Thanks again for the flowers," I said, trying to break the tension with a smile.

Alex flashed me a grin, her eyes glinting with mischief. "You're welcome," she replied, her tone casual.

But as Alex leaned closer, her breath warm against my ear, I couldn't help but feel a surge of panic coursing through me. Something about her demeanour felt off, and I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being manipulated in some way.

"Is everything okay?" I asked, my voice trembling slightly as I tried to maintain a façade of calm.

Alex's lips curled into a smirk, her eyes glinting with an unsettling intensity. "Everything's just fine," she replied cryptically, her words sending a chill down my spine.

"hey y/n"

"yeah?"

It all happened so quickly.

My mind raced with confusion and panic as Alex's lips pressed against mine, her touch sending a jolt of discomfort through my body. I froze for a moment out of shock, and then finally my muscles kicked in, I pushed her away, breaking free from her grasp with a gasp.

"What are you doing?!" I exclaimed, my voice trembling with shock and disbelief. The air between us crackled with tension as I recoiled from her touch, my heart pounding in my chest.

Alex's smirk only widened, her eyes gleaming with malicious amusement. "Just having a little fun," she replied nonchalantly as if the kiss had meant nothing to her.

I felt a surge of anger and indignation rising within me, fuelled by the violation of my personal space and the audacity of Alex's actions. "That's not funny," I snapped, my voice sharp with reproach. "You can't just kiss someone without their consent."

But Alex just laughed, the sound grating on my nerves like nails on a chalkboard. "Relax, it's just a little fun" she said dismissively, as if my feelings were of no consequence to her.

My fists clenched at my sides as I struggled to regain my composure, my mind reeling with a whirlwind of emotions. How could she treat me so callously, as if my boundaries meant nothing to her? And why did she seem to take pleasure in causing me distress?

"Get out," I said through gritted teeth, my voice trembling with suppressed anger. "I don't want you here."

Alex's expression shifted, her smirk fading into a look of mock innocence. "Aw, come on, don't be like that," she protested, but I wasn't buying it.

"No," I said firmly, my voice cutting through her protests. "I mean it. Leave."

With one last defiant glare, Alex rose from the couch and made her way to the door, her departure leaving behind a lingering sense of unease. As the door closed behind her, I let out a shaky breath, my hands still trembling with the remnants of adrenaline.

I sank back onto the couch, feeling drained and shaken by the encounter. It was clear to me now that Alex's intentions were anything but innocent, and I couldn't shake the feeling of vulnerability that lingered in her wake.

As my thoughts then drifted back to Regina, a pang of guilt washed over me. Despite everything that had transpired between us, her face still lingered in my mind, her presence haunting me like a ghost of what could have been. But I couldn't deny the stark contrast between the kiss with Alex and the ones I had shared with Regina.

With Regina, there had been a warmth and tenderness that enveloped us, a sense of connection that transcended words. Our kisses had been filled with longing and desire, a reflection of the deep affection we harboured for each other. But the kiss with Alex had been nothing like that – it had been cold and calculated, devoid of any genuine emotion or connection.

I couldn't help but wonder what Regina would think if she saw what had happened – if she would be disappointed in me for allowing myself to be put in such a compromising position. But then again, Regina had made it clear that she didn't feel the same way about me, and I couldn't continue to dwell on a love that was unrequited, or could I?

A surge of disappointment and frustration washed over me as I stared at my phone screen, the realization sinking in like a heavyweight in the pit of my stomach. Regina had blocked me – the final nail in the coffin of our fractured relationship.

As Cady opened the door, her cheerful demeanour faded as she took in my distraught expression. "Hey sis, what's up?" she asked, concern etched in her voice.

I just couldn't keep it to myself any longer tears welled up in my eyes as I struggled to find the words to explain everything that had happened. With a shaky breath, I poured out my heart to Cady, recounting the painful encounter with Alex, the overwhelming sense of rejection from Regina, and the crushing realization that I had been blocked by the one person I had trusted most.

Cady listened intently, her brow furrowing with sympathy as she wrapped me in a comforting embrace. "I'm so sorry, Y/n," she murmured, her voice gentle and soothing. "I had no idea you were going through all of this."

I buried my face in her shoulder, seeking solace in her presence. "I don't know what to do, Cady," I confessed, my voice muffled against her shirt. "It just hurts so much."
