The ride to the western camp that we were going to raid was a long one.
I watched the sun above us as I saw it about to set infront of us.
I kept my horse moving as Maddox and Solomon where infront of me.
I slowed up as Maddox and Solomon kept moving.
Kari and Dallas past me as Raquel slowed up.
I looked down at the camp as it was just a few houses with a trail of smoke coming out of the middle. "What are we doing?"
Raquel looked at me.
"This is nothing but a hunting camp, there isn't anything here." I turned the horse around when I saw the trial heading north.
Carrigan looked back at me as I took off up the trail.
Solomon stopped his horse as I was heading away from them, "Where is she going?"
Maddox glared back at Kari, "What is going on?"
Kari shook her head as I vanished through the trees.
Raquel smiled back at them, "She has some amazing instincts about her. I would listen to her."
Raquel hit the horse as it took off up the trail.
Axel glanced back at them as he rode off after us.
I jumped down from my horse as I stood on the top of the hill looking down at the village below us.
Solomon walked over to me pushing Carrigan out of the way.
I pointed down at the camp, "Your uncle was wrong, he was sending us to a hunting camp. There would have been nothing there but tools and drying meat."
Solomon heard the laughter below us.
I bent down pointing at the main house in the middle of the little camp. "You see that large building?"
Solomon bent down to me.
"Whoever runs that camp is there."
Maddox looked down at me, "You got a plan?"
I glanced back at him, "I actually do."
Solomon nodded his head back at me. "Then let's hear it."
I cracked a smile back at him.
"I do believe that I ordered another drink?" the man in the middle of the room shouted out.
He stood up looking around as everyone had gone silent.
He looked back as I walked through the crowd of people.
He narrowed his eyes at me, "Who are you and what are you doing in my camp?"
I looked around at the people starting to stand up, "I just wanted you to know that your hunting camp has been destroyed."
He stepped down to me, "Girl do you know who I am?"
I smiled back at him, "No and I honestly don't care."
He looked at me confused.
"I wanted to try something else besides just running in this little piece of shit and killing as many people as possible. I wanted to tell you that you shouldn't send your men out. You should just all remain seated."
