Walking back into the village this time was different.

Everyone in the village was off doing different things as they even cleared out of the way as we walked through.

I glanced back at Kari as I was confused.

Kari shook her head back at me, "Normally we are greeted with cheers and open arms. I don't understand."

Dallas glanced over at me, "Yea this is a bit different."

I jumped down from my horse as we got over to the barn.

I turned around as a fist went across my face.

I hit the ground with a thumb as Kari jumped down running toward the man that had hit me.

She stopped when it turned around.

It was Loki.

Maverick walked out of the house with Isabel at his side.

She ran over to Solomon, "Are you ok?"

Solomon glared back at her, "Yea, why do you ask that?"

Isabel glanced back as Kane walked out of the house.

Sanna stepped around Carrigan as Kane looked for her, "I'm here father."

Isabel looked back at Solomon, "She went missing right after you had left. I was so worried about her and I didn't know what you had found her."

I got up from the ground holding my jaw, "The fuck was that for?"

Loki pointed back at me, "You come into this camp and make my nephews weak and my niece think that she needs to be out there fighting."

I pointed back at Sanna, "She left and it wasn't on my time. That was your fault. That was Maverick's fault!"

Loki pulled his hand back as Solomon rushed to my aid jumping infront of me.

"She did enough to save us back at that camp. You never told that Ahlstrom guards were working that land."

Kane looked back at his son, "What did you just say?"

I glared back at Kane, "Ahlstrom guards were there. They came at us and they wanted to kill everyone."

"If it wasn't for McKenzie, we wouldn't be back today." Maddox said back to his father and uncle.

Loki grabbed Solomon and pushed him out of the way, "You have no place to be doing anything. You are not ranked. You are nothing to this camp!"

"Loki, that is enough." Kane said back to him.

Loki turned back to his brother.

"My sons are back alive. My daughter is back alive." Kane looked at Sanna as he put his hands on her face. "My family is home. I just want that. I just wanted them back safe."

I looked back at Loki as he didn't look as happy.

Maddox smiled back at his father, "We are happy to be home."

Kane kissed Sanna on the forehead, "In the house, everyone else please rest up. Please get some rest."

I glared back at Loki as he turned and went back into the house.
