Kari sat in the fork of the tree as Dallas stayed on the ground fixing a bandage on her arm.
Raquel walked over to her, "You sure you are ok?"
Kari glanced down at them, "We have company coming!"
Raquel slipped behind a tree while Dallas ran across the road and dropped down into the ditch.
Kari pulled her bow back as the two guards stopped between them.
The one guy pushed his helmet back, "Listen I don't understand what the point is, they are gone. Who cares?"
The second guy looked back at him, "You are new, so I'm gonna tell you that you should just understand that they are deadly as you have never them fight before. You have never been there when Dallas rips a man's eye out of his socket or when Kari takes two arrows and shots them through a man's junk."
The first guard looked down the road, "I thought Kingston's army was around here so why are it just us?"
"Kingston was just the first step. He was just the little pawn in Loki's take over."
The first guard pulled his helmet back down, "I guess we should get moving."
"Yea, we need to make sure that we have the area clear before the morning." The other said back to them as they went off.
Dallas stood up as Raquel walked out of the tree line.
Kari jumped down looking at the two guards, "Kingston was just a pawn?"
"You are not a pawn unless you are working together and someone can get the upper hand." Raquel looked back at her.
Dallas looked down at the ground, "Are we saying that Loki had something to do with Kane's death?"
"If Loki was able to push Kingston enough then yes, Kingston killed Kane but Loki pushed him into doing it." Raquel said back to them.
Kari looked over at her, "Do you even think Solomon would believe us?"
"NO, but maybe someone else will." Dallas nodded her head over as Kari and Raquel saw Sanna stepping out of the clearing.
Sanna crossed her arms, "I just wanted to get away from what is going on back at camp. I didn't know you would be out here."
Kari walked over to her, "You know what you heard that you can't repeat it."
"Loki had a hand in killing my father but Solomon wants McKenzie's head."
Dallas stepped closer to Sanna, "What is going on right now is gonna be hard for everyone. We know too much right now."
Raquel looked back at Dallas and Kari, "Do you hear that?"
Sanna glanced back over her shoulder, "I think that's coming from the camp."
Kari grabbed her arm and ran back toward the camp.
Dallas slammed into Kari's back as the rest of the camp was up in flames.
Raquel walked around them as she saw Kingston walking out of the main house.
Dallas looked back down the road toward her parent's farm, "Oh no..."
Dallas took off down the road as Sanna and Kari both went after her.
