It never really hit Sanna that she was alone until that moment.

Solomon was fighting a war within himself that will only eat him alive.

Maddox was backing away from everyone.

Sanna sat up in her bed as the tears kept coming down her face.

She wiped them away as the moon was high in the sky.

She got up from the bed and walked back and forth around her room.

Sanna glanced back at her door when her door was pushed opened.

It was a guard.

"Loki needs to see you."

"Isn't it late?"

"He wants to talk."

Sanna narrowed her eyes back at the guard as she went out of her room after him.

Sanna went down the steps and saw that the front room was now covered in guards and maps all over the table.

She glanced back as the guard kept walking toward the main tent, "What is going on?"

He didn't answer her as they kept moving away from the house.

"Where are my brothers?"

There was still no answer from the guard as he kept moving through the night.

"Where is Isabel?"

The guard pointed at the tent.

Sanna glared back at him as the curtain was pulled back for her.

Sanna stepped into the tent as she saw Isabel standing next to Loki.

Isabel leaned away from Loki, "She is here."

Loki turned around and smiled as Isabel went out of the tent.

Sanna looked back at her uncle, "Why are you talking to her?"

"She is going to send some guards for me to bring them back from her family's land."

Sanna looked at him.

"Sanna, I know this is hard for you. You trusted McKenzie."

"And I still do." Sanna looked at him.

"That is someone talking like they have spoken to her." Loki glanced back at her.

"I haven't seen her since the day she was tossed into the chambers."

Loki smiled back at her, "So you don't know about how she got out?"

"She was in there before; she probably got a look of the room and found a way."

Loki nodded his head, "You know that is bullshit."

Sanna stepped back as Loki got up from the chair, "You think that I know something about McKenzie?"

Loki pointed at her. "Your father knew about her. That is why he believed in her too much."

"You are acting like McKenzie is from another part of this world."
