"i thought for the first inspection, i'd tag along" chiyo, the director said shaking hands with y/n. 

"how can i help you then?" y/n asked. "oh uhm nothing, lets just have some talk" he said sitting down. "am i interrupting work?" he asked. "you are. but i think we can keep that at hold until you leave" she said. 

the director chuckled. "i like people like you, straightforward" he said. "uhm lets talk about you joining hero council" he said. y/n sighed. "as the rank nine, i think it is beneficial for the country if you join the hero council." he said. 

"do you mind if i bring in my assistant for a minute?" he asked. she nodded. his assistant came in and handed him a file. he put it in front of y/n. 

"have a look" he said. she went through it. "you're an important part of the country, h/n. being in the top ten means you're one of the support structures of the country. without one, things may fall apart. we need you." he said. 

"why dont you attend a meeting we have regularly for the hero council. judge us on the basis of that meeting, and then you can decide to join" he said. "so in conclusion, you wont leave me until i join" she said. he chuckled. "smart, you got that right" he said. 

"i'll see" she said putting the file down. "thank you for considering it. see you on monday?" he asked. she nodded hesitantly. he smiled and nodded.  

"i heard he's been trying to convince h/n into joining. todoroki, is that true?" grand asked. "she'll be here today" shoto said. "we get to meet your sister? how younger is she than you?" kirishima asked. "a year" shoto replied. "oh thats really nice" uraraka said. 

"hey guys" kaminari entered. "angry pomeranian coming up, heads up" he said. "hey, h/n is joining us today according to todoroki" kirishima said. "holy shit, that hottie. i've never got to work with her. i wish to" kaminari said. 

"denks, her brother is standing in front of you" mina said to kaminari pointing to shoto. "i do not appreciate that" shoto said. "oh shoot. uhm sorry todo bro. i'll try not to do that again" kaminari said sitting down. 

the door opened and bakugo entered. "bakugo, i think you forgot some files on my table yesterday" kirishima said. "you idiot. thats for you to fucking complete, it isnt mine!" bakugo yelled. 

"okay he's angry" kirishima mumbled. "so when is she coming?" uraraka asked shoto. "should be here any minute before the meeting starts" shoto replied. "oh well i'd like to be friends with her then" uraraka smiled. "i'd like to meet her too" momo said.  

"good morning, little birdies" the door opened and hawks entered. "morning father" kaminari said. "today we have our special guest, please welcome her warmly" hawks said opening the full door for y/n to enter. 

y/n looked at him disgusted. "you didnt need to do that" she said. "then this day would become normal. we have to have some fun. isnt it" hawks said pointing to the others. "yes sir" kaminari said. 

"oh god..." y/n mumbled. she has to deal with this stuff daily now. 

"come on" hawks said. she entered and sees some faces she has seen before. her brother, grand, they met earlier, bakugo...they met not too long ago either, and some familiar faces from shoto's class. 

"just grab a seat" hawks said. "here's a seat" uraraka said pointing to the seat next to her. "you can sit here too" shoto said with an empty seat next to him. y/n ignored her brother offer and went to sit next to uraraka. 

"lets introduce ourselves" hawks said. "y/n" hawks said. she got up once more. "...y/n todoroki, h/n" she said and sat down. "i think you know most of them, but lets just go rank wise" he said. 

"number one hero, you met him. he's always busy, so he never joins us, second, bakugo, dynamight, you've met him, third, shoto, fourth me, fifth, grand, you've met him too." hawks said. 

"sixth, creati, yayourozu. seventh, red riot, kirishima. eighth, uravity, uraraka and tenth, chargebolt, kaminari" he added on. "i am not new to this, hawks" y/n said. "just fyi-" "no thank you" she said. 

"meanie" hawks said and their instructor entered. "good morning everyone. i see h/n has joined us too. wonderful, we're complete now" he said. hawks sat down. "now i can assign you in pairs for missions" the instructor said. 

"what about the glassman case that was closed yesterday, do we have an overhead analysis?" creati asked.   

"if any of you idiots dont do your work and its on me, i'll make sure i blow you into fucking pieces" bakugo said and walked out. 

"what happened to him? girlfriend is angry with him?" kaminari laughed. y/n got up and decided to leave. "h/n, you're leaving?" uraraka asked. she nodded. "oh. okay. have a good day then" uraraka smiled and y/n left the meeting. 

it was fine. except she has twice the work she had before. thats fine. she doesnt mind it since she has nothing else to do than that. 

y/n went to her agency and worked things out there. since it was her first day at the hero council, she wasnt burdened with much work. although she may have to go on a mission later this week. 

y/n looked at the boxes in front of her. it all had her stuff. she just moved into her new bought apartment. fuyumi just left, so did shoto. they had offered to help but y/n turned it down.

y/n wants to clear her schedule. she has no time in the coming week. she has to be on missions...
