y/n opened the door. it was shoto. she let him in without saying anything. he came inside. "what?" she asked. "i am going to the hospital" he said. 

"then what are you doing here?" she asked. "i am taking you with me" he said. "why?" she asked. 

"to see the doctor" he said. "i am fine." she said. "no you're not" he said. "what the hell are you talking about?" she asked. "what i am talking about is that you're not doing okay" he said. "i am doing fine! i dont have a single god damn bruise on me!" she said. 

"i am not talking about being physical fine, mentally" he said. "...you think i am insane?" she asked. "you're not insane, you're...not doing well mentally, you need guidance" he said. 

"how am i not mentally okay that even i dont know!?" she asked. "your frequent outbursts, all the mental breakdowns, panic attacks, being anxious and nervous whenever it comes to the topic of either mom or our family. i have seen it all now and i think this is right" he said. 

"you should go to the hospital, because you're going insane" she said. "it'll be just one session with the therapist, i promise" he said. 

"i am not going" she said adamant. "i didnt ask you, i am telling you as your elder brother" he said.  

"i am waiting down in the car for another ten minutes. if you ever considered me as your elder brother, come down, or else i'll know my answer to this question" he said and left leaving an emotional blackmail bomb on her.

shoto waited in his car. suddenly the passanger seat door opened up and y/n got in. "i hate you" she said as she closed the door. 

he drove her to the hospital and they went into the therapist's office. 

"hello," the therapist sat down. "we can we introduce ourselves?" therapist asks y/n. "y/n todoroki" y/n replied. "i am rane suzuki. i will be your guidance therapist" she said.

the therapist looked at shoto standing behind y/n. "i'll be outside" he said. "no. you'll stay here" y/n said. "are you sure. you will have to open up and talk" the therapist asked. y/n nodded. 

so shoto sat next to her. 

"can you give me a short introduction about your family members" the therapist asked. 

y/n began tapping her feet nervously. "...i have four siblings...i am the youngest." she fidgeted with her fingers. 

"my eldest...brother, touya. my eldest sister...fuyumi...elder brother natsuo, and shoto" she said. the therapist nodded and wrote something in her notepad. "parents?" the therapist asked. y/n stayed silent for a while. "father, enji todoroki and..." y/n hesitated. "mother...rei todoroki..." she finally said.

"beautiful names of all indeed. could you give me a description about your relationship with each of them?" the therapist asked writing in her notepad. 

y/n thought what to say. "...i...dont remember touya...he left home when i was young" she said and took a deep breathe. "nee san...is really nice to me...she cares about me...and" y/n stopped. y/n really misses fuyumi's presence around her. she has gotten so busy ever since she got married. 

"and?" the therapist asked. "...she got married recently...so she is with her family now" she said tears dwelling up in her eyes reminiscing the events of the wedding. 

"natsuo...nii san hates me... because of...something that had happened years ago" y/n said. "what had happened?" the therapist asked. "...i had lost...the only picture of mother and touya we had..." she replied taking again a deep breathe.  

"okay, continue" the therapist nodded. y/n didnt feel like speaking up. shoto looked at her just staring at floor as she spoke. "i'll be outside" he said standing up and leaving.
