"bakugo" y/n called out. "its just katsuki to you" bakugo replied. "what?" she was caught off guard. "just call me katsuki. i've known you long enough to trust you" he said. 

"...okay" she replied. "what is it?" he asked. "...where do we have to patrol?" she asked. she was assigned on a patrol task along with bakugo. "shiza ward, why?" he asked. "..okay. i just wanted to know" she said. 

fuyumi has called over everyone for another family dinner. y/n doesnt want to go, and it was her initial plan, but fuyumi has been requesting her since a long time. 

bakugo walked on the streets with y/n next to him. yeah they are patrolling. they're on about this for another hour. 

"you want to have something?" bakugo asked y/n as they see a convenience store nearby. she shook her head. "alright, i'm getting something. so if you want something just let me know" he said walking in and getting a can of soda. 

y/n watched him as he paid for his soda and walked out. "its so damn hot" he mumbled as he took a sip of his soda.

"it'll rain soon" y/n said looking away. "oh look. you spoke up" he said sarcastically. she rolled her eyes. 

"you barely speak now" he said as he continued walking on the patrol. "whats up with that?" he asked looking at her. "why does it bother you?" she asked. "it does. i am used to your bickering" he said. 

"i do not bicker" she said. "sure" he said drinking his soda. "are you free after work?" he asked. "no" she replied. "what about tomorrow? its a sunday?" he asked. she sighed. "i dont know" she replied. "i'll call you when i am free, pick up" he said. 

"why?" she asked. "i'll tell you then" he said. 

y/n sat down in front of natsuo, adjacent to shoto and her father. "how was your day natsuo?" enji asked natsuo. "it was good. saved two people in emergency ward" natsuo replied. 

"that is great" enji said. "what about you fuyumi?" he asked. "i had a great day at school with the kids" fuyumi smiled serving food. "shoto?" enji asked. "nothing special" shoto replied. 

he turned to y/n. "y/n?" he asked. "...as usual" she replied. "that is good to hear everyone had a good day" enji said. "what about you dad?" fuyumi asked sitting down. 

"i had a good day too, fuyumi, thank you for asking. i have decided i will join as the head of the hero council" enji said. "what?!" y/n spoke up. "just why?" shoto asked. 

"i thought, both my children are in hero council, i'd like to be around" enji said. "i dont want to" y/n said. 

by the way, head is the instructor.

"shoto, y/n...lets pretend they needed dad for the job. it wont interrupt anything" fuyumi said. "how am i going to work when he's right in front of me. i dont want to work like that" y/n said. 

"i dont want that either" shoto said. "its not that bad" natsuo said. "then you should try having your father as your senior doctor, then maybe you'd understand" y/n said. 

"y/n, calm down" fuyumi said. y/n sighed. "at least you have an option, i cant even leave the hero council" shoto said to y/n. 

"guys...lets calm down...i just want to have a peaceful dinner with you all" fuyumi requested. they all quietened down.  

"how are your burns y/n?" enji asked. "fine" y/n replied. "have you put on the medicine i told you to?" fuyumi asked. y/n nodded. "okay then. it should be healing quick now" fuyumi said. 

and then the dinner was pretty quiet. or finally peaceful. 

y/n helped put away the dishes along with everyone. "leave that out y/n, you should go and sit out there with everyone...i'll be back in a few minutes...i want to talk to all of you" fuyumi said. 

"i'll finish-" "no. its fine. go sit out there" she smiled. y/n nodded and washed her hands before going and sitting out there with everyone. 

"they have postponed mom's discharge" natsuo said. "why?" shoto asked. "she hasnt been feeling too well" natsuo said. "we should go visit her then" shoto said. "i'll go to visit her this saturday...y/n, do you want to come along?" he asked. 

she shook her head without hesitation. "why not?" he asked. "why dont you visit your mother, y/n?" enji asked. "i never did, and i dont want to" she replied. "she talks about you" natsuo said. "so? that doesnt change my mind" she said. 

enji sighed. "i am back" fuyumi came in smiling. "can we all talk now?" she asked placing down deserts for everyone.  

"what is it?" shoto asked. "so natsuo and dad already know...well they were a part of it...so its just you two i need to talk to" she said. 

"i am the eldest of you all...among us all" she said. "and i am growing old...so...i've decided...i am getting married" she said. shoto and y/n just blank stared at her in shock. 

"that is great, nee san" shoto said. "...you had a partner?" y/n asked feeling betrayed her sister never told her that. "oh no- um...i asked dad that i wanted to get married so, you can say its arranged marriage" she said. 

"are you serious? arranged marriage?" y/n got heated up. "y/n, calm down" shoto said. "no! you saw how mother and father's marriage turned out and you decided you wanted to go for arranged marriage! what if he treats you like how father treated mother! no!" y/n said. 

"y/n" enji said. "i've had a good look with the man...he'll be a better husband than i could be to your mother" enji said. "what if he switches sides just like you did!" y/n said. "y/n! dont say that..." fuyumi requested.   

y/n sighed and got up. "y/n please sit down" fuyumi said. "i went along with dad, i assure you y/n, that guy cant even hurt a fly. and he seems to like nee san" natsuo said. 

"if you dont believe us, you can meet him yourself" fuyumi said. y/n shook her head and left out of the door. fuyumi followed her out.   

although y/n was getting mad that fuyumi was marrying someone she barely knows, she was also panicking because she was scared. she was too scared of loosing her elder sister. she will get her own family, she wont be like her elder sister anymore. she wont be able to see her often. 

tears fill up her eyes as she walked to her car. "y/n! please!" fuyumi said and held her. "please listen to me..." she said. "i dont want to" y/n said. "look at me, please" fuyumi said holding her face and wiping off her tears. 

"i promise he's a good guy. after dad and natsuo talked to him, after we went to meet him...we talked often...and we have gone out a few times on...dates i am getting to know him better. i promise i'll be okay" she said. 

"thats not the problem...y-you're leaving me just like mother did" y/n said and tears continued to flow out. 

"no y/n...i would never leave you. i will always be there for you, i ll always come meet you as regularly as i do now. it doesnt matter if i am married or not, i will always be your elder sister" fuyumi said. 

"i dont remember much...but mother used to say the same thing, and i dont even remember her anymore!" y/n said. "is that why you dont go to meet mom?" fuyumi said. "yes! i dont remember who even is she! i dont remember her voice! i dont remember her face! i barely remember spending any time with her when i was a kid!" y/n said. 

"well then remember, you have a phone, and you have legs. whenever you want, you can come to me if not to mother. but please understand y/n" fuyumi said.  

y/n cant stop fuyumi. she wants maximum happiness for fuyumi. if fuyumi is happy in marrying this guy, she wont stop her. 

"now will you come inside and have dessert with us?" fuyumi asked.
