You sighed and stretched your sore muscles once you sat up, it was the first day that you and Madara were in the rain village and the moment you both step into a secluded area he ravages you like a wild dog

You looked beside you in the futon and saw his sleeping face, it was a face you had gotten used to yet somehow still managed to create butterflies in your stomach

You stood up, the covers of the futon slipping off of the body and the cold air made contact with your skin, creating small goosebumps

"And where do you think you're going?" You shrugged your shoulders and looked at yourself in the mirror

You turned to the side and rubbed your stomach, why did you look bloated in the morning? Was it just you?

"Tsuki, does my belly look bloated to you?" You asked him and he laid on his side, leaning his cheek against his knuckles
His eyebrows furrowed in concentration and your face went blank
"It must only be me then if you're focusing like that"

Madara started sweatdropping "it does look bigger than usual, but I don't think your bloated"

An idea popped up in your head and your eyes lit up, Madara noticed that and raised an eyebrow "what is going through that head of yours that you look so excited like that"

You fell into a fit of giggled and bent over in front of him, grabbing his hands to pull him to his feet

You had a big smile on your face yet Madara was still half asleep
You started jumping around in circles while he just walked
"I might be pregnant Madara!" You announced and Madara's eyed widened
"Pregnant?" He mumbled and you jumped onto him, clinging onto him like a koala as he placed the palm of his hands flat under your butt to lift you up

"Are you sure?" "Absolutely not! Should we go see a doctor?"
Madara's gaze softened, the image of you carrying a baby boy or girl appeared in his mind and his heart fluttered "alright, as you wish" he nodded

The lady rubbed your belly and her eyes sharpened in concentration
"Have you gotten any morning sickness? Back pains? Stomach aches?" She asked
"None at all!" You chirped, sure you've been getting back pains but you knew it for another reason

Madara sat on the chair beside the bed and looked at your joyful face, he knew you dreamed of being a mother but the thought of you being this excited never crossed his mind

"It doesn't seem like you're bloated, and it's not fat either. When was the last time you were sexually active?" "Yesterday"

The lady hummed "and before yesterday?"

You pinched your chin in thought, you were active with Madara during the two months at the sand village but you were active the day before you both left
"Two months ago I believe" Madara answered for you

You nodded along with his answer and the lady smiled "well, it seems like you are pregnant. I can feel a bundle of chakra inside your stomach as well, actually... I feel two" your eyes widened, you might have twins?

Madara furrowed his eyebrows and activated his sharingan, his eyes landed on your stomach and he did indeed see two new flows of chakra inside your stomach
"We might have twins?!" You asked the lady as you held her hands with your own

She nodded "most likely, yes"

Madara was embarrassed, it's been two months and he didn't notice the new flows of chakra inside your body. For someone as great as him especially with the mangyeko sharingan to not notice such a thing was shameful

But a soft smile formed on his lips at the good news of your pregnancy
"Can we still be sexually active?" He asked the lady and she nodded
"Yes, it's actually good for the babies" you slid down your shirt and patted your stomach with a smile

"But at to eight nine months it should stop, I am sure miss uchiha here would notice when it is time to stop as she will be feeling extreme exhaustion"

Madara stood up from his seat and nodded "I'm pregnant Madara" you squeezed his hand so tightly he felt his bones cracking
You walked out the pharmacy with him with the biggest smile on your face
"We're gonna have twins!"

Madara lifted his hand and rubbed your head "yes" his gaze softened at the sight of you and his eyes trailed down to your stomach

You really had given him a second chance at life, and for that he was devoted to give his utmost best to you
"You will be a great mother" he stated, making your eyes tear up

His own widened in surprise at the sight of your tears "why are you crying hina?"
You wrapped your arms around him and burried your face into his chest
"Nothing, just grateful that you're the one I fell inlove with is all"
Madara sighed in relief and rubbed your head

It must've been the pregnancy hormones
You sniffled and sobbed into his chest, staining his cloak with tears but Madara payed no mind to that, all he wanted was to be able to see your energy back up once more

You removed your face from his chest and cupped his between the palm of your hands
"Do you think they'll be as grumpy as you?" You asked and he frowns
"Hopefully not, they best end up like you so I don't get annoyed" you chuckled
"I know you'll end up getting annoyed either way" you said before bringing him into a kiss

The kiss broke and the both of you just stood there in eachothers embrace staring at eachothers eyes
"Hina" he pressed his forehead against yours
You hummed and closed your eyes, savouring the moment

"I believe I've fallen quite deeply inlove with you" he whispered
Your eyes flew open but then softened "and I've loved you since the start"
