Harrys stood at dracos grave near the black lake 6 years later. He puts fresh flowers on and just sits there for hours.
"Hey love, I miss you a lot today, its been 6 years since you died. I really miss you and I need you back again. I think Ron and hermione kids would love you. Especially the girl. She reminds me so much of you draco.
I've tried to move on I really have but I can't seem to do it, but if you didn't die then I wouldn't be in this position.

He starts to sob and hugs the grave.
Draco's sprit/ghost (whatever you want to call it) rest his head on harrys shoulder and hugs him tightly back. Tears stream down his face.
"I miss you to my love" is what he can choke out.
