"Get off your back Eren!" Mikasa yells anxiously.
"Get up!" Armin calls right after.
I dig my fingers into the wall behind me as if I could break the stone beneath my grip. The fear and uneasiness rises in my chest, it feels as though my lungs are being compressed under a large amount of pressure, causing my breath to become short. I notice out of the corner of my eye how suddenly pale Zariya looks. Her blinking becomes more of prolonged and uneven fluttering of her eyelids, as if she were in some sort of daze. I furrow my brows, concerned, she looks like she's about to pass out for some reason.
"Zariya?" I mumble softly, much different to my tone earlier.
"Yeah?" She looks at me quickly, her eyes looking everywhere but me.
I slightly slide over, becoming more frightened by the second, "are you okay?!"
She nods quickly, but she still can't seem to look at me. I go to hold out my arms to her as if it would help, when Eren suddenly screams loudly. We both look down to him, finding Eren wrapped around Reiner in some immobilising tactic.
"What the hell is he trying to do?" I squint my eyes, trying to figure out what is going on.
"I- I think Eren is trying to rip his head off," Zariya responds airily. She definitely is not okay, but at least she can actually see what is happening now.
Hange reels herself back up on the wall beside Armin, watching every movement very closely. Suddenly, I notice Mikasa speeding around the back of Reiner, fury painted on her face. She holds her swords tightly in a ready position as she approaches the back of his legs, and slices them straight across the back of his knees. He falls slightly in Eren's hold, blood gushing down his legs, completely unable to move now.
"She got him!" Hange exclaims proudly.
Eren begins to give Reiner all he has, attacking him relentlessly. Zariya beams, "get him Eren!"
As much as I have a sense of hope, an uneasy feeling remains at the back of my mind. Something isn't right with what's happening.
Armin seems to pick up on it too, "huh... what's he-"
"Hah! Look at him squirm!" A scout above us laughs.
"Good! A little more Eren!" Another yells.
"He gave up..." Armin realises, "and he's right under-"
"The colossal titan," Zariya finishes his sentence.
I snap my head in their direction, before Reiner screeches at the top of his lungs, seemingly calling for something or someone. I scrunch my face in displeasure from the sound, covering my ears for a moment.
"Watch the perimeter!" Hange yells to everyone, "he called for more titans!"
No way, not again.
"No other titans spotted in the area!" The newly familiar voice of Adam calls, and I'm not sure if his words are comforting or terrifying.
"Heads up! Move!" Hange alerts, making me look up quickly.
As I do, the colossal titans body rolls off the edge of the wall and begins falling to the ground, flying right past me. I immediately begin to scramble up the wall, activating my ODM wires to pull me up while I basically use my feet to run up it for extra momentum. I hang onto the top of the wall with my fingertips, preparing to vault myself over, when someone grabs my forearms and yanks me over it. I look up to find Jean, again, pulling me into him. He drags me around and holds me against him, turning his back just as the explosion from Bertholdt landing ricochets off the wall, causing many scouts to begin yelling from pain and wind rush over us.
