a spider in the wrong universe

an unexpected visit

a/n: sorry for taking sooo long to update lmao here's a short chapter!

"well well well, if it isn't the spider freak?" shigaraki smiles as he looks down at me.

peter's p.o.v.:
"parker!" i hear a classmate yell; there's too much confusion for me to figure out who the voice is coming from.

upon hearing the voice, blue flames encircle me, shigaraki, and dabi. i spring up from the floor and take a defensive stance.

"what do you want from me?" i demand

"we know your secret, spider freak. come with us and your secret will remain safe along with no harm to your little friends." shigaraki tells me

he can't mean my universe secret...can he? had bakugou betrayed me? or had they spied on me..? how did i not know?

i consider my options while taking in my surroundings. the class has crowded at the front of the make shift arena with bakugou and midoryia in the front of the crowd. cementos is in front of all the students clearly meaning to defend them. i'm on my own for this one.

"where would you take me?" i ask

"parker don't listen to them! don't endanger yourself!" midoryia yells

"back to our base. we have an offer in sure you can't resist." dabi supplies

"oh yeah? like what? i'm not a traitor im not gonna join-"

shigaraki cuts me off, "we could get you home. all you have to do is give us a little something in return."

his response leaves me speechless. home? like home-home? stark tower? mid-town high? queens?

"what do you-"

"let's not discuss this here. come with us and i'm sure we could figure out a fair deal." he reaches out his arm as an invitation, and through the mask covering his face i could see his sinister smile. my spidey sense is screaming at me not to join him. but this could be my one opportunity to get home. to stop thanos.

i follow my instincts, i could never betray my classmates. "no. i don't care about your offer i'll find my own way."

"unless you want us to hurt your classmates and force you to come with us, you're gonna take up our offer." dabi threatens with a dangerous aura emitting from his body.

"you know, we can do much more than send you back. we can bring the very thing you're running from here." shigaraki threatens

there's no way i can allow thanos to destroy this universe like he did mine. i won't fail anyone else.

after a moment of hesitation, i step forward. "okay. i'll come with you."

"perfect." a dark purple portal opens up directly in front of me and i stumble through it.

the last thing i hear is mr. aizawa's voice calling out for me "peter! don't go- " but all goes black.

3rd person p.o.v.:
class 1-A murmurs to each other in disbelief after peter parker, their classmate who was thought to be loyal and would never back down without a fight, willingly went with the league of villains. the class couldn't contain their questions.
"is he the u.a. traitor?"
"why would he go with shigaraki?"
"has he been a villain this whole time?"
"is that why he has so much training?"

one student yells over the rest.
"all you nerds shut your damn mouths! you know parker would never betray u.a. like this! he just risked his life showing us all what it means to be a hero and you all immediately turn your backs on him!"

"that's enough. all of you. head back to your dorms immediately and take all necessary security precautions. you are all strictly under lock down and will not leave your dormitories unless absolutely necessary." aizawa left no room for argument.

bakugou pushed his way through the crowd with midoryia trailing behind him. the other students silently followed.

peter parker however, sat in a room with japans top villains.
