peter's p.o.v.:
the bar is quiet.
i stand in the corner of the room, every muscle tensed beneath my suit. bakugou is gone, he's safe. but that means i am what remains. me and the top villains of japan.

across the room shigaraki sits at the bar holding some kind of communicator. my senses go off right before a beep rings out. the other villains look at shigaraki expectantly.

he just looks at me grinning with his cracked lips stretched too wide.
"it's time. he's here."

my stomach drops at the words and once again my senses go off. my chest tightens and an involuntary glitch echos through my body.

shigaraki saunters over to me, grabbing my shoulder with four fingers. "you should feel honored. not many people live long enough to meet him."

i lick my lips nervously. "him?"

shigaraki doesn't answer. instead, a wind sweeps through the room. in the corner of the bar it seems as if reality is bending. shadows twist and stretch, a black aura emulating dangerously. an ominous rift opens and from it, a figure emerges.

he moves slowly. deliberately. like gravity shifts for him alone.

he's clad in black armor, a breathing mask with tubes concealing most of his face.

all for one.

the room dims in his presence, lighting flickering.

i don't move. my instincts and spidey-sense are screaming at me to run. but my feet stay planted, shigaraki's hand on my shoulder. anxiety glitches ripple through my body, painfully reminding me of the reason i'm here.

all for one's eyes rack over my body until he finally speaks.
"peter parker." his voice sends chills down my spine, "the child who carries the weight of two universes."

i swallow hard. "so you're him."

he looks at me curiously, as if trying to understand my being. "you wield two of the most powerful relics in existence. you altered fate itself to escape your end. you don't yet understand what you are. but i do."

"i know enough." i try to answer with confidence but i have been glitching relentlessly.

shigaraki grins and whispers in my ear. "careful. he doesn't like arrogance."

all for one chuckles. "no, no. let him speak. it's rare to see so much defiance in someone so... temporary."

he takes one more step closer and i feel the anxiety crushing my ribs. the glitches finally calms, but in its place i feel the power of the stones flare in another power presence. a warning.

i clench my fists, "you're not getting them. i don't care what kind of deal we made, i don't care who you are. you're not taking anything from me."

the room stills and the villains stand shocked. they've never seen anyone defy their master, especially not a teenager.

a smile spreads across all for one's face. "interesting," he murmurs, "let's test that."

he raises his hand.
a crackle of energy surges from his palm. his quirk, his power, ancient and perfected. a stealing force.

my eyes widen as all for one lunges for me.

and just like that

the stones awaken.

orange and green light explode from my chest, surrounding me in a radiant cosmic force. the power slams back into all for one's hand.

he flinches. all for one flinches. and steps back.

i breathe heavily. shocked with the amount of power exuded from me. light is still dancing around my fingertips.

all for one looks at his trembling hand, then back at me. "ah. now this...is going to be fun."
