Iris's P.O.V

Brendon was already another four drinks in along with however many shots he took in the back. He was definitely feeling himself. I had never seen a drunk Brendon before. It was definitely something. He was on the floor dancing with Richard and Gus. I couldn't help but to smile at them.

Two fingers being pushed into my hips made me jump. I turned around, ready to smack whoever thought that doing that would be okay, until I was met with the beautiful face of Lia.
"You made it!" I yelled, pulling her into a hug. "And you look amazing as always." I said, looking down at her outfit.
She was wearing a long black dress with an off the shoulder neckline, her cleavage and just underneath it, exposed.
"Thank you, thank you." She said twirling around. "Jason came with. Hope that's okay." She said.
"The more the merrier!" I said.
"He just went to get us some drinks, he should be back any minute."
"I could use a drink myself. Let's go meet him at the bar." I told her.
"Lead the way." She said, with her hand out.

We made our way to the bar after navigating through everyone. Lia came up behind Jason and wrapped her arms around his torso causing him to jump at the sudden touch. He turned his head around and seemed to melt into her when he realized who it was. He wrapped one of his hands around her shoulder while she scooted to his side, her arms still not leaving him. Jason looked at me and the outfit I had on.
"Who knew Iris could get all fancy?" Jason smirked at me.
"Oh, shut up." I smacked the back of his head, causing Lia and I to chuckle at the look he gave me.
Jason grabbed their drinks, handing Lia hers. They backed up just enough so that I could get in and order one for myself.

Shortly after waiting, the bartender came up to me and asked what I wanted and quickly left to go make my drink. As I was waiting on him I felt a hand wrap around my waist and a pair of lips on my neck. I instantly knew who it was by the softness of the kiss. I turned around and met the eyes of Brendon, who was slightly sweaty from his erratic dancing.

"Well, hello to you too." I said.
"Hello." He smiled from ear to ear, his face was flushed red from the alcohol.
He let go of my waist and put his hand up, signaling the bartender over. He came over with swiftness, realizing who was trying to grab his attention.
"Hello, Mr. Urie, what can I get for you sir?" The bartender asked. He had just finished making my drink and handed it to me.
"I'll have the usual." He said.
"Coming right up."
The bartender walked off to make his drink. Brendon looked back at me, looking at all of me with hungry eyes.

Lia had noticed who was by my side and come up to me, nudging me with her elbow in my ribcage looking at me and at Brendon. I knew what she was wanting without her even saying a word.
"Brendon, this is my friend Lia I was telling you about." I said, breaking him out of his trance. "And that's her boyfriend, Jason."
He looked over beside me at the couple and extended his hand out shaking both of theirs.
"It's very nice to meet you both."
"You too, I've heard many things about you." Lia said, smirking.
I hit her with my hand in her stomach, causing her to grab it.
"Good things, of course." She finished.
"I'd hope so." He chuckled and grabbed his drink from the bartender.
Jason just stood back, sipping on his drink. He never was much of a talker.
"So, how is it being a CEO?" Lia asked Brendon.
"Exhausting." He said bluntly.
"I can only imagine." Lia said.
"So, what's the story behind this friendship?" Brendon asked.
"We've known each other since we was in pre school. Met each other on the playground and we were stuck like that." Lia held her hand up, crossing her two fingers. I smiled at the memories that popped up in my head.
"Wow, it must be a really strong bond you two have." Brendon looked at me then back at Lia.
"It sure is. So, if you come to the realization that you don't like me and want me out of the picture. You'll have to think again, boss man." She narrowed her eyes at him and he laughed.
"Lia..." I nudged her arm in embarrassment.
"I'd never ask Iris to choose me over her friends." Brendon said. "But, I better go. I'm gonna be giving a speech here soon. I'll catch you after?" Brendon asked towards me.
I gave him a smile and nodded at him.
"Again, it was nice meeting you both." He said to Jason and Lia. He gave me a quick peck on the cheek and ran off with his drink in hand.
