Next Day, CID Headquarters,Mumbai, 8:00 AM
"Sir, these guys were tough nuts to crack, but at last, we were able to get some information!", Purvi spoke up in an excited voice as she walked down the pathway towards the canteen for breakfast with Daya while Abhijeet and Kavin walked behind, looking tired yet contented.
"Haan Purvi, mujhe nahin laga tha ki yeh log jaldi apna muh kholenge. Par inke addon ki aur network ki bahut saari information humein mil chuki hai. Kal tak hum milkar report tayaar kar sakte hain!", Daya beamed back looking quite happy himself.
Unknown to both of them, Kavin was staring at her with adoration, feeling happy in her happiness.
"Jab itna khush ho usko dekhkar toh uske saath aise kyun behave kar rahe ho tum?", Abhijeet's voice broke him out of his reverie.
"Nahin sir. Aisa kuch bhi nahin hai. Mujhe bus Pihu ke liye bahut khushi ho rahi hai", Kavin responded.
"Aur apne liye kya feel ho raha hai?", Abhijeet asked, teasingly.
Kavin blushed slightly but didn't say anything. As they had reached the canteen, they all ordered breakfast. Just then Kavin's phone rang. He listened carefully and kept the phone down.
"Sir, ACP sir ka phone tha. Good news hai. 'Boss' ka narco test karne ki permission mil gayi hai. Aaj dopaher do baje special team ke saamne, ACP Sir , mujhe aur Agent A ko present rehna hoga", he said.
"Kavin, hum sab jaante hain ki yeh Purvi hai, tum use Purvi toh bula sakte ho!", Daya interrupted.
"Nahin sir. Woh is mission ke liye uska naam Agent A tha. Toh bus isiliye".
"Okay. Chalo. Ek kaam karo. Tum dono medical bay mein jaakar full examination karva lo ek baar as per protocol. Dr. Tarika aa gayi hongi. Phir rest rooms mein kuch der rest kar lo. Ek baje tak tayaar rehna is boss ko receive karne ke liye", Abhijeet said. Both of them nodded and headed towards the medical bay after finishing breakfast.

CID Interrogation Room,Mumbai, 2:00 PM
"Tumhaara asli naam kya hai?", ACP Pradyuman thundered.
The man in front of them merely stared straight ahead without giving any response.
He had a wheatish complexion, long face, big black eyes and brownish-black hair. He looked like any ordinary man out in the street and with his make-up skills, he was a master of disguise. "It would have been so easy for him to blend in with the crowd", Purvi thought, looking at him with fury and hate in her eyes.
Kavin glanced at her once and could not place this expression on her face. He had never seen her look so fiery.
"Ise kya hua hai? Boss ek criminal hai, maana. Par yeh toh aise behave kar rahi ki koi personal khundas nikaal rahi ho", he thought.
"Tum aise nahin maanoge na", Purvi asked in a furious voice and moved ahead to tackle him. But ACP Pradyuman stopped her immediately.
"Nahin Purvi. Ruk jaao. Tumhe apne jazbaaton par kaabu rakhna hoga".
"Par sir..."
"Purvi!", he gave her a warning look.
Kavin looked at both, a bit mystified. It seemed as if they knew something that he did not.
ACP Pradyuman gestured to the government official who nodded his head slightly. He then turned towards Drs. Salunkhe and Tarika standing in the corner and gave the signal. Kavin and Purvi moved forward and held his shoulders tightly while Dr. Salunkhe administered the drug approved for Narco test. The boss slowly started going under. Kavin and Purvi held him and made him lie on the bed. About 20 minutes later, he opened his eyes and they could see he was totally under the effect through his glassy eyes.
