Holiday with 4 kids (August 2026)

"Billie, come on." Jesse whispered when he shook me awake.

I rolled over and rubbed my eyes then watched Jesse as he walked into the bathroom. He came out while brushing his teeth and mumbled 'get up' to me. I got up then walked into the bathroom to wash my face.

"Are you ready to go on holiday with four kids?" He asked and I sighed then he chuckled and hugged me.

We got dressed and then walked into the kid's rooms to wake them up. Nova got dressed then I put her hair into two french pigtails. I walked out and saw Jesse holding the twins while Arlo walked tiredly in front of him.

"Oh baby, it's too early for you huh?" I laughed and he nodded. "Oh baby." I sulked when I bent down and he hugged me. I picked him up and he laid his head on my shoulder.

"These two are very tired." Jesse chuckled when he looked at the one year olds with their heads on his shoulders.

"Oh my babies." I sulked and then we put them in their car seats in the car.

Jesse ran into the house to get the bags while I buckled the kids in. I started to help Jesse with the bags then we got in. I had to have snacks at the front and my massive water bottle.

"They're all asleep." I said when I looked back and saw them all asleep.

"Bless them." He chuckled and looked at them in the mirror.

He drove to my parents house and then we saw Finneas' car outside. We went inside and they were getting the bags inside of the car.

"Hey Billie." Mom smiled when she hugged me.

"Hi mom." I smiled back. Nova ran up to us and hugged mom when we pulled out of the hug.

"Mama when are we going?" Nova asked when she started playing with my hand.

"We are going soon, we just have to get some stuff sorted then we can go okay." I explained to her before she ran off. "Shes got her doll and packed a little suitcase too."

"Aww, she's so sweet, you used to do stuff like that." Mom awed as we watched Nova play with her doll.

"We ready?" Dad asked when he walked back inside from putting the suitcases in the car.

"Yes." We all said then went back to the cars. I got the kids in then we all drove off and drove to the airport.

I ended up falling asleep and Jesse woke up because we were at the airport. We got out then got the kids out. I put the twins into the stroller while Jesse got the bags out. I gave Nova her backpack then once we had all of our stuff, we started to walk into the airport.

We got checked in pretty quickly because we don't want to be noticed. We got the twins out so they can run around so they sleep on the plane. We had to board the plane so Jesse and I picked up the twins then I held onto Arlo's hand.

We got onto the plane and went to first class. Arlo and Nova are sitting next to each other in front of Jesse and I and we have the twins on our laps. I had Koa on my lap and we managed to get them to go to sleep.I put on cars for Koa until he eventually fell asleep. Nova sat up and looked over her seat at me.

"You okay Nova?" I asked her and she wanted me to change the film she was watching because it finished.

I stood up and walked over to her seat to change the film. She wanted tangled on and continued to play with her rapunzel american girl doll.

"Look mama, my dolly is sleeping." She giggled when she showed me her doll with a face mask on.

"She is? Hopefully she gets some rest." I said when I stroked her head. "Is Arlo asleep?"
