Unexpected News (revamp)

We're pregnant! (June 2023)

I've been feeling just off for over a week now. I felt like this when I had Nova. I'm really tired, my boobs hurt, my stomach hurts, everything is annoying me, I feel sick but my period is late. I still have pregnancy tests from Nova so I'm going to take them.

I'm so fucking scared. Jesse hasn't mentioned having anymore kids, he loves Nova but idk if he wants more kids. I'm also scared because of Alex's reaction.

"Mama, can we get pancakes from the cafe?" Nova asked which stopped my train of thought. We go to this vegan cafe and they have the best pancakes ever and Nova loves them.

"Umm, yeah of course we can." I said to her, im kinda craving some pancakes now.

I'm still trying to figure out when I can take the test though because you need to take it when you have ur first piss of the day and you can drink anything, if that makes sense.

"Billie do you want me to take Nova?" Jesse asked, i've not been sleeping well. I've been having nightmares and I had sleep paralysis last night so I'm kinda tired.

"Umm, I'll go." I told him, Nova likes me going and I obviously don't want to upset her.

"We can bring you back food, I think you should get some more sleep." Jesse told me, wrapping his hands around my waist.

"Ok, if that's ok with Nova." I said to him, after I realised how tired I am. "Nova do you want to go to the park with Jesse?" I asked Nova and she nodded.

"We go on swings?" Nova asked Jesse and he nodded. "I go!" She giggled and jumped.

"Have fun!" I said waving at them as they left the gate.

Time to see if I'm pregnant.

I run into the bathroom and dug in the baskets under the sink to see if I can find the pregnancy tests I kept. I got a cup to pee in, just because it's easier to put the tests in and shit. I managed to pee in the cup successfully.

I put the tests in, took them out after a couple of seconds and put the lid on. I set a time for 3 minutes like it told me and paced around the house, waiting for the results. I heard the timer go off and I ran into the bathroom.

I put my phone up so I could film myself, idk, pro vlogger I am. I took a deep breathe and turned the tests over.

pregnant the digital test said. I gasped and looked at the other tests, the line was so bold. I felt myself tear up as I looked up.

I'm pregnant.

I showed it to my phone and started crying. I'm pregnant again. Novas going to be a big sister. I'm gonna be a mom again. I stopped recording, sat on the toilet and started sobbing. I am so happy but I'm scared of what Jesse's gonna think.

I wanted Billie to stay home because I want to get her a present. She's been acting a little off, probably just her period so I'm going to spoil her. We walked to the cafe since it was only 5 minutes away and ordered our food.

"So Nova, I want to get mama a present, what do you think I should get her?" I asked Nova, sitting at a table, Nova was in her stroller so she didn't sit down at the table.

"I don't know, flowers." She shrugged and playing with her baby doll.

"That's a good idea, what else?" I asked her.

"Mama likes chocolate." Nova said as my name got called for our food. I got our food and we walked out to go to the store

"She does like chocolate doesn't she, should we get her some chocolate?" I asked Nova and then saw her nod before we walked to the store.
