Unexpected News (revamp)

Nova starts dance (October 2023)

I woke up against Jesse's chest because I needed to pee. I got up then walked into the bathroom to pee, once I did, I did my skincare and brushed my teeth. I walked out and then got my phone from my bedside table to check the time.

I walked out of the bedroom and then walked into the kitchen to get some breakfast. While I was in the kitchen, Nova walked in and hugged my leg.

"Good morning baby, are you excited for your first dance lesson today?" I asked and she nodded while jumping around.

"I wear my pink leotard?" She asked excitedly.

"Yes! I'm so excited for you to start dance, I used to do dance too." I said to her as I started cutting up strawberries for her.

"Why you stop?" She asked when she put her hand on the counter and looked at what we were doing.

"Because I hurt my hip, I miss dance but you will love it." I explained to her.

"Will I hurt my hip?" She asked, sounding a little nervous.

"No baby, I was being silly that's why I hurt my hip." I said to her to not make her worried. "You'll have so much fun, I had so much fun and I had so many friends from it."

"I'm excited." Nova giggled then grabbed a banana from the fruit bowl.

"I'm excited too, I can't wait to see you dance." I giggled too. She held up the banana for me to open for her, I did then gave it back to her.

"Morning my favourite girls." Jesse smiled when he walked into the kitchen. He walked over to me and kissed me before putting his hands on my bump. "Oh good morning baby boy."

"He won't stop kicking this morning." I said when the baby kicked Jesse's hands.

"Daddy I go dance today!" Nova squealed from the kitchen table.

"You are aren't you! Are you excited?" Jesse asked when he walked over to the table. 

"Yeah, I do spins!" She said when she got off from her chair and started spinning around. "Wow!" She gasped when she went into the counter.

"Careful baby." I chuckled and she laughed. I gave Nova her breakfast and then made myself some breakfast.

When we finished eating, I took Nova to her bedroom and then I got her dressed into her pink leotard, pink tights and her pink skirt.

"Oh my god, you look so cute!" I squealed when she spun around. "Should we do your hair?"

She nodded then I put her hair into a bun. She ran over to her toys while I went to get dressed. I just put on some baggy jeans and a baggy shirt. I just put on my converse then brushed my hairs and put a cap on. Jesse walked into our bedroom then kissed me before he got dressed.

"Right Nova are you ready?" I asked her when she walked out of her room in her plastic princess heels. "Baby i'm really sorry but you can't wear your princess shoes."

"Why not?" She sulked and bowed her head down.

"Because you have special shoes for dance and unfortunately your princess heels aren't special dance shoes." I explained to her then she walked back in her room to take them off.

"My dolly is ready!" She squealed and she skipped over to me with her american girl doll dressed in a pink leotard and tutu.

"She looks so pretty!" I gasped and Nova nodded while looking at her doll.

"She has a bag too!" She said when she picked up the dance bag. "She has everything she needs." She said when she gave me the bag. I looked inside and it was filled with fake food.
