before seishun could ask what he meant, kageyama pulled her into a kiss.the second their lips touched, something bloomed in seishun's chest. his lips were the softest thing she'd ever touched.
seishun's hand fell on his chest, her fingers clasping at the material of his shirt. kageyama kissed her softly. not too rough, not too vanilla. it was perfect.
to seishun, kageyama felt like home. he was many things, from her rock to her other half.
kissing him was something she'd never imagined happening, but also something she now realized she couldn't live without.
deciding she needed more, seishun's tongue prodded his lips. kageyama welcomed it without hesitation. their tongues tangled together dangerously, both of them knowing that this was a line that, once crossed, they could never come back from.
but neither seemed to mind.
kageyama used his grasp on her chin to tilt her head up, deepening the kiss. seishun's hands tangled themselves in his dark hair. she tugged on it lightly, as though she were telling kageyama she wanted more.
seishun's back hit the door. kageyama's hand sat on the small of her back, his touch leading seishun to arch her body into his. she moaned against his lips at the feeling of their bodies pressed up against each other.
kageyama pulled away from her. "fuck," he whispered. his eyes were filled with some type of emotion seishun couldn't decipher. "i need to tell you something."
seishun ran her fingers through his silky hair. she'd grown breathless after their kiss. "hm?" she hummed. "what is it, tobio?"
"i love you."
seishun froze.
tobio...loves me?
seishun's eyes widened as she stared into kageyama's eyes. she was searching for any hint of humor or dishonesty, but found nothing. with just one look, seishun knew how genuine he was.
"i—"
kageyama cut her off with a kiss.
this time, it was filled with love. kageyama was expressing his feelings through his kisses, as though he was trying to convince her they were genuine. seishun already knew.
seishun melted in his grasp. from the warm touch of his hands to the feeling of his lips, everything about kageyama made her dizzy. kageyama's scent filled her senses, to the point he was all she could think about.
remembering how kageyama had just confessed, seishun pulled away.
she looked up at him.
he looked so handsome. messy, touseled hair that was tangled in her fingers. blue eyes that pierced through her, with a love-filled gaze that made her stomach do flips. lips that shined with a mix of their saliva.
"you didn't let me answer," she softly murmured, willing herself not to tilt her head up and kiss him.
kageyama exhaled, leaning his forehead against hers. "you don't need to give me an answer," he whispered. his fingers interlocked with hers. "at least, not for a little while."
seishun chuckled, caressing his cheek. "do i have a time limit or something?" she teased.
"exactly," kageyama smiled. his smile made her heart warm. teasingly, he placed a peck on her cheek. "you have until the end of summer."
seishun laughed as kageyama nuzzled himself in the crook of her neck. "oh? what's summer?"
"the end of summer is when you leave my side," kageyama whispered. for college.
