"'tsumu!"

the volleyball flew high up into the air from seishun's receive, right towards atsumu. the man had a sly smile playing on his lips, letting his fingers do the work. "don't miss!" atsumu teased.

seishun's hand slammed down on the perfect set, and the pair won the point. "woo!" seishun cheered. the pair slapped hands with matching grins.

"and we've won again," atsumu smirked.

bokuto and sakusa lay lifeless on the ground. the indent of the ball was carved deep into the sand in the space right between them. "man, this sucks," bokuto sulked.

"never agreeing to play with them again," sakusa agreed.

seishun approached kageyama, who was sprawled out on the sand beside the court. "how does it feel to lose?" seishun grinned, plopping down beside him.

kageyama pushed her head away with a chuckle. "you won by two points, calm down."

"ooh, someone's a sore loser."

seishun was suddenly pulled up by atsumu and dragged away. "let's go celebrate our win," he smiled, ignoring kageyama's glare from a few feet away.

seishun tilted her head. "and how will we be doing that?" she wondered. seishun watched blankly as atsumu yanked off his shirt, revealing his muscular body.

"by swimming, of course," atsumu said, as though it was obvious.

snorting, seishun raised a teasing eyebrow. "are you sure you're not just trying to get me to strip?" she mused.

atsumu didn't stop the boyish grin that grew on his lips. "well, that too."

seishun's laugh was all he paid attention to, at least until she grabbed the hem of her shirt. atsumu watched her pull the tight material off of her body. the first thing he saw was a slim waist before something dark covered his eyes.

"what the hell?" atsumu exclaimed, hurriedly yanking whatever was on his face off.

the culprit was bokuto. "don't be a creep," bokuto recited. he gestured to sakusa a few feet away, who was disapprovingly shaking his head. "that's what sakusa told me to tell you."

"that little—"

bokuto reached past atsumu and grabbed seishun's hand. "c'mon seishun!" he shouted, the pair running towards the water.

atsumu watched shell-shocked as he was left alone and quickly ran after them. bokuto and seishun had already jumped into the water, laughing loudly. ushijima was already there, unfazed when bokuto splashed him with water.

atsumu had barely put his foot in before flinching.

"c'mon, 'tsumu," the extroverted pair called out to atsumu.

atsumu shivered. "it's so damn cold!" he cursed. he let out a shriek when he put his whole foot in. "how the hell are ya not cold?!

"man up!"

eventually, atsumu inhaled and jumped in, all while seishun and bokuto cheered for him. the pair swam around happily while ushijima and atsumu just chilled. "wow, it really feels like summer!" bokuto exclaimed.

"i know," seishun smiled.

ushijima tilted his head. "seishun, have you committed to a team yet? or a college?"

a quiet sigh fell from seishun's lips as she thought about his question. "probably tokyo university," seishun said. there were lots of benefits to going to u-tokyo, and one of them was kageyama. ushijima probably already knew that. "as for a team, i'm not sure yet."
