the next few weeks passed by in a blur.

seishun had been studying for a majority of those few weeks in order to pass her remaining, last finals. kageyama was busy with volleyball and hadn't had a chance to visit once during that time period, same with atsumu. kenjiro wasn't even in the country, so seishun had the house to herself.

seishun would reluctantly admit that she'd grown rather lonely, seeing as she'd been spending so much time with others for the past half of a year. all of the relationships she'd built the past year, and how quickly they'd all become so valuable to her.

"what's that lame expression for?" a curious voice asked.

seishun was jolted back to reality by dai.

she blinked out of her daze, finding dai curiously staring at her. "hm?" she blinked. "oh, nothing. just thinking about how quickly time has flown by."

dai nodded understandedly. "no kidding," dai agreed. she'd been thinking about the past, as well as the future, quite a lot. "can you believe that we're graduating, today?"

instead of feeling melancholy, seishun lightly nudged her best friend. "aw, are you going to miss me?"

"as if," dai sniffed. "i'll be relishing in the peace and silence that greets me in your absence."

seishun laughed loudly in response. the two stayed in a comfortable silence, both of their minds buzzing with questions and wonders about their future.

"say, how come i haven't seen you with atsumu, in a while?" dai questioned, leaning her back to look at seishun. "don't tell me you broke up with him?"

seishun swatted dai. "we never dated."

"boring," dai muttered. "what about kageyama? you two have been awfully close lately. is there something going on between you two?"

seishun's face warmed a hint at the thought of her best friend. "we're the same as always," seishun lied through her teeth.

there was some truth to dai's words. seishun was on her phone quite a bit, lately. she was constantly texting kageyama, who had begun to truly court her. although he wasn't around, he called her every night and they would talk for hours.

"boys are too complicated, i'll just stay single!" seishun announced. she flinched when dai snorted loudly.

"m'kay, i'm sure that's true," dai said sarcastically. "is your harem coming to graduation?"

rolling her eyes at dai's choice of words, seishun shrugged. "i think they're both coming, with my dad and tooru," she said. seishun had a devious look on her face, nudging bokuto. "and you? what about your boyfriend?"

dai's face lit up like a flame. "not a boyfriend!" she loudly interrupted. realizing how loud she'd been, dai quickly cleared her throat. "the man i've been seeing will be attending, yes."

"i'm such a good wingman," seishun happily grinned.

soon enough, it happened.

seishun, dai, kumi, and miu had graduated from niiyama, and they were now officially starting their adult lives.

seishun beamed, hearing her name being called and walking across the stage. kenjiro, atsumu, and oikawa loudly cheered her name while kageyama rolled his eyes. she held in a chuckle as she smiled for pictures.

by the time everyone got their fair share of pictures with seishun, she was exhausted.

seishun made her way over to the four men, each clad in black masks. "you guys do know that people can still recognize you, yes?"
