"what hotel are you guys staying at?" atsumu asked seishun.

seishun tapped her chin. "i don't remember. one of the good ones, i think?"

atsumu rolled his eyes at her response. "ya don't pay enough attention," he scolded, flicking her in the forehead. "but you're probably staying at the mansei hotel. we used to stay there when we had nationals."

"wasn't that, like, fifteen years ago?" seishun replied. she ducked his attempt to shove her.

atsumu looked offended. "i'm only twenty-one, thank you very much," he huffed. "i'm still in my prime."

"are you? i'm seeing a few wrinkles," seishun snickered.

"talk to me when you graduate high school," he sniffed back.

seishun's phone vibrated in her hand and she glanced down. "dai says we're going to the hotel, now."

"are ya allowed to leave and explore?" atsumu questioned.

seishun nodded. "yeah. you have something in mind?"

atsumu wore a grin. "i might," he shrugged. "text me the name of your hotel, and be ready by six."

seishun glanced at the time. it was five, now. "what are we doing and what's the dress code?"

"wear anything," he replied. "and i wanted to go out and eat. i know a good restaurant, around here."

seishun nodded. "see you at five, gramps," she called over her shoulder.

"shut up."

seishun found dai at the entrance, who gave her a suggestive wink. "you'll have to tell me all about it," she whispered. 

"literally nothing happened," seishun replied with a roll of her eyes. "i told you, i'm not interested."

dai raised a brow. "you said you wouldn't mind if something happened," she recited. "you wanna elaborate on what you meant by that."

"i didn't mean i'd be interested romantically, or something. i meant that i wouldn't mind him, in general," seishun said. she gave dai a suspicious glance. "why do you want me to get with him?"

"i don't," dai quickly said. "i just need someone to have an interesting life. it makes mine more interesting, too."

their team boarded their bus and took a short drive over to mansei hotel, which was huge. "who the heck is paying for this?" miu wondered aloud. "i bet its itachiyama. those rich assholes."

"they were giving me dirty looks, the entire time," kumi exclaimed. she shook her head with a frown. "they called me a bitch."

miu gasped. "let's slip a note under their room and tell them to meet us in the back ally. and then we'll beat them up."

dai rolled her eyes. "you two are so childish," she chided with a shake of her head. "keep moving, i need a shower."

"i call showering first," seishun announced. it was five-thirty now. 

"okay, fine with me. i'm going to go find a piece of paper and a pen," miu said. 

kumi nodded in agreement. "me too!" the pair gave their bags to dai and seishun before rushing off. 

"seriously, those two," dai said with a sigh. they entered the elevator and pushed the button to their floor. "what are you gonna do for the rest of the night?"
