Chapter 3

I looked up and saw him staring at me.

"What the hell are you doing with him?" he asked her

"She's eating" I said and she looked at me standing up

"I went to go use the restroom and I ran into a friend. We came here to catch up" Ellie said and he grabbed her arm

I stood up. Feeling myself get angry.
"Let's watch the way you talk to her."I said sticking my hands in my pockets

"Miles" She said and the guy stepped in front of me

"Damian" She said and he looked at me

"This is my girl." Damian said "I talk to her however I want."

"Ex actually and not in front of me. You won't." I said and he lunged at me. I ducked and kneed him in his groin. He doubled over and I kneed him in his nose making him bleed. He fell to the ground and people gasped. I stepped over him and stared into his eyes as he clutched his nose. I stepped on his hand and he cried out in pain. "That was a stupid stupid idea Damian. Next time I won't be as forgiving. And you got blood on my suit? Not cool."

Ellie looked at me in shock. I stepped off his fingers.
"Are you okay?" I asked her and she nodded "Let's go."

She nodded as I grabbed our bag of food off the table. I held out my arm and she grabbed it. We walked out and she was quiet.

"He's not gonna like that." She said and I looked at her she looked nervous.

"Are you okay?" I asked her

"He's not going to like that. Miles he will hurt you. He's dangerous."She said and I held her close to me making her look at me.

"Hey, I'm dangerous darling. He won't hurt me" I said and she scoffed walking off

"You don't believe me?" I asked laughing as we walked towards the club

"No" she said

"Boss, your car." Alphonso said handing me the keys and I took them from him. I opened the passenger side to my rolls royce.

She looked at me shocked. "What do you do?" She asked

"Get in." I said and she looked at me suspiciously but got inside. I closed the door behind her. I got inside the drivers side.

I walked her to her apartment door and she stood there.

"You didn't have to walk me to my door." She said

"I wanted to." I said

"Don't be a gentleman." She said and I stepped closer to her

"I never said I was." I said and she looked me in my eyes

"Two rules." She said

"Name them" I said

"Only one time. We can't fall in love." She said and I nodded coming even closer to her backing her up into her door "Promise me you won't fall in love with me"

"I promise." I said and she nodded

I ran my hand up her thigh under her dress to feel her wet heat. She was soaked for me. I smiled and she looked at me with her gorgeous eyes.

"Tell me what you want" I said and she breathed heavily.

"Your head between my legs" She said and I leaned in but she turned around unlocking her door. I followed her inside closing the door behind us.

"Are you going to stop running from me?" I asked her backing her up onto her couch. She stumbled and fell onto the couch. I got on my knees in front of her.
