Ellie POV

I rolled over to feel for Miles and felt the bed was empty. I sat up rubbing my eyes.

"Miles" I said and sat up to look for him to see eyes staring back at me at the doorframe "Shit Cameron. You scared the hell out of me."

"You sleep peacefully" He said and I rolled my eyes

"Miles will kill you if he knew you were in here." I said

"Two things. One, Miles isn't here and two I'm technically not in the room." He said pointing to the doorframe.

I groaned and got out the bed realizing that I had no pants on. I quickly covered myself with the sheets behind me. I looked at Cameron and he looked amused.

"You could've turned around" I said

"Where's the fun in that Ellie? Get ready I'll be downstairs." He said walking off

"Where's Miles?" I asked hurrying behind him holding the sheets tightly around me as I stuck my head out into the hallway to see him stop in his steps

"Taking care of business" Cameron said "You have 30 minutes or I'm dragging you outside with whatever you have or don't have on."

He walked off and downstairs and I rolled my eyes at him hurrying to get into the shower.
Where the hell was Miles? And how could he walk out like that after this morning without a word.

After rushing to get dressed and fix my hair. I went downstairs to see Cameron leaning against the doorframe.

"Right on time." He said and walked out the door. I followed him out and he held the passenger side door of his car open for me. I went up to him.

"I'm not going unless you tell me where we're going . And tell me all the detours." I said

"We're going to get you some girl friends." He said and I eyed him

"What does that mean?" I asked him crossing my arms

"God you're stubborn. We're going to get you friends who are girls that know what you're going through." Cameron said

"And what am I going through Cameron?" I asked and his gaze flickered to my lips "Sorry" I quickly added remembering what he had said to me in the kitchen.

"Careful Ellie I'm starting to think you're calling my bluff" He said getting closer to me that I felt his breath on my face. I stared at him not sure what to say but he quickly sat me into the car closing the door. I cursed him as he got in on the other side and smirked at me. He leaned over the center console nearly inches between his lips and my lips grabbing my seatbelt and fastening it. He stared at my lips and then his gaze shifted to my eyes.

"Maybe you are." he said lowly

"Ca-We are friends." I said firmly trying not to falter under his gaze and his intensity

"We are." He said "am I making you uncomfortable?"

I looked at him. "Your breathing is saying otherwise. Your nipples are saying otherwise and the way you're clenching your thighs, that says otherwise too." He said

I looked down at my shirt to see my hardened nipples through it and I groaned crossing my arms.

"My body and mind are two different things" I said and he smirked backing up.

"Sure, friend" He said starting the car and driving off

I stared at him as he drove. Cameron was a flirt. He loved the power. I was attracted to him, I won't lie, but I would never hurt Miles like that. Ever.

"What?" he asked noticing I was staring at him

"We need ground rules" I said and he smirked "Nothing like that can happen again. You keep your hands and mouth at least two feet from me at all times. And no flirting or whatever that was again."

He laughed and looked at me then back at the road.
"Aw but I love watching you squirm" He said and I rolled my eyes "Fine. I'll do it. I'll stop messing with you under one condition."

I sighed. "What is it?" I asked

"I want you to admit that you're attracted to me. That if Miles wasn't in the picture you'd let me fuck you." He said

I looked at him scowling.
"I cannot say that." I said and he laughed.

"It's okay. I can tell." He said and we drove in silence after that. I opened my eyes in shock that I had fallen asleep.

I looked to see a beautiful house by a lake. I don't even know how long we had been driving. I turned my head to Cameron to see him staring at me.

"How long had I been asleep? Why didn't you wake me?" I asked

"You look much kinder when you're asleep" he said and I rolled my eyes

"Where are we?" I asked

"My cousins house. Christian Rossi" He said getting out the car and coming around quickly to open my door.

"Never heard of him." I said as he stuck his hand out "Two feet" I warned him

He smirked and backed up from me. "Why are we here?" I asked following him to the front door

Cameron knocked and we waited.
"For you to make friends that don't want to fuck you" He said and I looked at him shocked

Soon the door opened and an older looking man appeared.

"Cameron Rossi" He said

"Mario, long time no see" Cameron said

"We didn't expect you today or any day for that matter" Mario said shocked "Come in Mr. and Mrs. Rossi are in the backyard."

Cameron put his hand on my lower back pushing me in the house. I was very nervous. Soon I felt him at my ear.

"Relax Ellie. I promise no one will hurt you" He said and I tried to calm down

We walked to the kitchen and there were five women in the kitchen with wine glasses except one with a glass of water. She had a baby bump.

"Cameron" One lady said shocked

"Ladies, This is Ellie Fitzpatrick, Miles' girlfriend. Ellie this is Lauren, Christian's wife. That's Angela, Giovanni's wife. Lily, Kim, and Melissa, Lauren's friends." Cameron said pointing to each of them

They all smiled at me.
"Hi" I said nervously

"Take a seat! Let me grab you some wine."Lauren said grabbing an extra glass for me

"Have fun" Cameron said winking at me not before walking off into the backyard to see two other men out there. I recognized Giovanni and once I saw his face I realized that had to be Christian who I had seen in Miles office that one day.

"Oh my gosh you were at my wedding" Angela yelled and we all laughed

I nodded. "Yes that's how I met Miles"

"Girl it looked like you hated him." She said

"I did" I said laughing with them taking the glass of wine from Lauren as she handed it to me feeling my heart warm at the long forgotten unfamiliar feeling of girlfriends.

I looked out the window to see Cameron with his arms crossed looking at me with a semblance of a smile on his face and I couldn't thank him enough. This was just what I needed.
