"so mrs.hwang told us to draw anything we wanted so i drew my birth flower but why does she always make good things into bad things? she started telling us a story about her ex friend that betrayed her who has the same birth flower as me, like i don't care about your story! your therapist would gladly hear that but not us" jay keeps on complaining and the others carefully listen to him while also letting out a chuckle sometimes. "she has some serious problems"

"well i'm glad i don't have her" jungwon says and jay wishes he could say the same thing. heeseung is slowly drifting away more from the conversation as he just looks at the entrance of the school. suddenly a familiar figure walks through the entrance and they both locks eyes. a smile appears on his face as he finally sees jake again, jake softly waves towards him and just as heeseung wants to make his way towards jake, mr.seo gets over to jake.

"hmm who is that and why are you smiling??" sunghoon asks and heeseung snaps out of his thoughts.

"hm what? i don't know, just someone that's here to tell about his experience as a doctor, he went to school here" heeseung says and sunghoon asks 'why do you know so much?' and indeed heeseung just now overshared a bit too much. "i heard people in my science class talk about it, many of them do the doctors program"

"damn, are you secretly listening to others conversations??" sunghoon says with a chuckle and heeseung denies it because his classmates just talk very loudly. "well okay then, don't fall for him eh~ smiley face"

"of course i won't...." but oh sunghoon you should know what has already happened. he sees jake and mr.seo walk away so heeseung probably can talk to jake later in the day. the day goes so slow in heeseung's eyes because the only thing he's doing is counting the minutes down until school is over. the last bell finally rings and he says goodbye to his friends.

"hey there" heeseung turns around with a smile and sees jake standing in front of him. immediately he asks jake how it went and jake sighs out of relief. "better than i thought but still tough or maybe that's just because of the lack of sleep"

"well i'm glad but now you really should go and sleep"

"i'll definitely will" jake says with a smile.

"is this your boyfriend heeseung? see i knew you were gay~" yeonjun says as he walks past them with his friends. heeseung makes fists with his hands and anger starts to boil up but jake shakes his head.

"what if i'm his boyfriend? you probably can't even get anyone." jake says in response and yeonjun scoffs while rolling his eyes. they all just walk further and heeseung looks at jake with scared eyes. "what? it's the best i could do because as i said, i don't want you to fight anymore and now i finally have some faces to the names"

"but i don't want you to get involved... i don't know what they're capable of doing more..." heeseung says and jake cups his face with one hand, making him blush just a little bit.

"i'll be fine, teens like them don't scare me, now go home okay? just forget about what just happened" jake says and heeseung nods softly. jake lets him go and heeseung walks away being all flustered. then suddenly a boy comes running over to him. "ey be careful"

"i just wanna go home quickly" sunoo says while catching his breath, grabbing jake's hand and dragging him away without any thoughts. and of course that's the only thing sunghoon notices while he's driving away.
