He squinted open his eyes to a dark, long hallway, the lights flickering above him. He remembered nothing, he realized as adrenaline began to pulse through him. He stared at his grey, trembling hand.
It was silly how he remembered something as complex as the English language, but forgot something as simple as his own name. He was transformed on the floor, oil stains puddled around him.
There was a long streak of a liquid-y substance, presumably oil, traced along the floor of the hallway. Through the shattered windows flourished some large green plants, and some of the walls held thin vines within its cracks.
Everything was confusing. His head spun as he slowly pulled himself from the floor. He hauled himself down the hallway, doing his best to ignore the piercing pain that constantly spasmed through his limbs.
There was a reflection in the window, an unrecognizable car stood within it. Himself, a blue car. There were P's on the sides of his arms. He had no idea what they stood for but he took it in with a long sigh. Who am I? He pondered to himself, trying to think. Then, pain pulsed through his already sore head and he held it in his hands for a few moments.
The pain passed after a few moments, leaving him feeling dazed and more confused. How did I even get here-? Then, a loud buzzer noise screeched in the distance, making him flinch. The blocks that hung on the wall blinked softly, barely noticeable. The alarm eventually glitched and faded and he knew he wasn't alone here.
The feeling to leave was overpowering as fear made him cower in place. He blinked and reassured himself silently before continuing to limp down the hall.
At the end of the almost endless-seeming hallway, there were two, rusty doors. They were both swung open and cold air breathed through them softly, brushing him as it past. He looked through the doors to find himself in a thin forest, a road leading somewhere away.
I guess I'll walk it, He thought to himself dully, wishing there was a more convenient way to travel back to...
Where am I even going? He pondered, an unrecognizable feeling suddenly tightened within his chest. He bit his tongue in an attempt to suppress it, feeling majorly uncomfortable. He shook his head to clear it, before continuing. I'll find someone to help!
After about five minutes he realized he had barely gotten far at all. His entire body ached and screamed for a break. Finally giving into the temptation, he laid against a tree, closing his eyes. It did feel better.
Before he even realized it, he had already passed out.

He awoke to a soft humming noise. He quickly realized that he wasn't in the forest anymore. He quickly jumped to his feet, looking around the room.
The room was fairly small, no one else inside. It was dark and bits and pieces of machinery covered parts of the floor. There was a large TV- like thing, set onto a blinding blue screen. There was a door on the far side of the room and he limped towards it.
Quickly he realized that bandages now circled parts of his legs and head. He was also in much less pain than before, he just felt rather funny. It twisted the door nob, opening the door to a small apartment room. It didn't look much different from the average flat but there were some unique features to it. Photos of a boy with brown spikey hair hung on the wall. A dog sat next to him in a few of them as well. The boy seemed no older than 18.
