Song~ Church - Chase Atlantic
I step out the car and begin to follow Diovanna and the rest inside my club. The bouncer let us in immediately recognizing who I and Atlas are.
I already have guards stationed in and around the club to insure nothing happens to any of us. Some of my guards stationed around give me a nod in both greeting and respect.
I nod back.
We enter the main area of the club and the scent of alcohol and sweat immediately fills my nose.
Diovanna turns to us. "I'm going to get shots." She tells us before making her way to the bar. I watch her figure closely as she walks away.
Lucian and Casandra both laugh slightly. "I'm going to." Lucian and Casandra both walk over to the bar where Diovanna is getting shots.
Atlas and I make our way over to our VIP booth that's only a couple tables away from the bar.
I designed the club so that there was a VIP floor upstairs, and only a couple VIP tables downstairs. This place also has a hidden basement and a third floor used to conduct meetings. The back of the first floor also supports private rooms. The main floor holds a specific section where strippers perform.
I did a pretty good job.
I watch as Diovanna downs three shots and laughs at something Lucian said. A nudge on my shoulder has me reluctantly tearing my gaze away from Diovanna's figure.
"You like her." Atlas states, a wide grin spread across his face. I furrow my eyebrows in confusion. "You like Diovanna don't you?" He says more clearly this time.
I shake my head with a chuckle. "We're just friends, sure she is very attractive but we are nothing more than friends." I tell my best friend honestly.
Atlas barks out a laugh. "Dude, you look at her the way I look at Casandra. Sure I denied that I like Casandra at first- but I came to terms with it and we have grown quite close. We may not be dating yet, but at least I'm not denying what I feel." Atlas explains. I let his words sink in.
"You look at her the way I look at Casandra."
Now actually looking at Atlas, he stares at Casandra with warm, adoring, and loving eyes. But I don't look at Diovann like that, we're just friends.
Right?
I shake my head at him. "You don't know what you're talking about." I tell him, taking a sip of my whiskey a waitress just placed in front of me.
Atlas sighs. "Whatever man." He mutters.
Just friends, right?
