Soos arrived at Pacifica's house and dropped her off.

'So, I guess this is goodbye for now. I wish we could hang out some more,' I said.

'I wish so too. My parents are already pissed off that I went to the bus stop to meet you guys, but I can deal with them.'

She climbed out of Soos's car and turned around to wave goodbye.

'Goodbye, see you tomorrow.'

They waved goodbye as Soos drove off.

'Now I must deal with my parents,' Pacifica muttered, rolling her eyes.

She walked into her modest home. Since the Northwest family had lost their money, they had to move into a medium sized house. Preston had made an alliance with Bill Cipher and all their hard-earned cash had disappeared. This was the worst thing that he could have done, yet he blamed the Pine family for their misfortune. Mostly, to tell the truth, Preston and Priscilla blamed poor Pacifica. They literally had no reason to blame her, but they did.

Preston and Priscilla are waiting for her at the front door, and they are incredibly angry.

'Pacifica Elise Northwest!' Preston screamed at her with pure rage.

'What is it father?' she asked calmly.

'What is it? This is the last straw. We are tired of trying to keep you away from that filthy Pine family. You know it's their fault that we have lost our money and everything else!' Preston screamed.

'I don't care about that stuff anymore. I feel more at home with the Pine family than with you,' she cried.

'What did you say!' Preston roared.

He walked towards Pacifica. He lifted his hand and hit her so hard that she fell to the floor. A single tear ran down her cheek.

'You have brought shame to this family,' Preston grunted.

He slapped her again.

'It's your fault we lost our money.'

Once again, he slapped her.

'Since you met that piece of filth, Dipper Pines, you disobey us all the time,' he roared.

This time, he slapped her so hard that her nose broke.

'I'm ashamed to call you, my daughter.'

Blood streamed from Pacifica's nose.

Before he could hit her again, Pacifica screamed at him in anger.

'That's it! I'm tired of your bullshit!'

'What was that girl?'

'For the past fifteen years, you have been abusing me emotionally, and now it's turned physical. When I disagreed with you, you used that goddamn bell on me as if I was a dog. You blamed me for losing everything. That's complete and utter nonsense. You made an alliance with Bill, so in reality it's entirely your own damn fault.'

'Who the hell do you think you are talking to, little girl?'

'You say that I brought shame to this family, but you brought it upon us. Our ancestor that supposedly founded Gravity Falls was a fraud. Just like you are ashamed to call me your daughter I'm ashamed to call you, my father. I'm done with you people. I'm out of here. I hope I never see you again,' she cried.

'You've nowhere to go,' Preston sneered.

'I don't care! Anywhere is better than here. Before I leave, I want to do this.'
